As a Tunisian myself, I expected the food to not be as good as home, but I was totally wrong. Not only did this restaurant surprise me with the food, but the service I received was one of the best I've had in Montreal in a very long time.If you’re looking for a North African or Tunisian dining experience in Montréal, this is definitely the choice.I highly recommend the “special degustation”, it provides a complete experience and you won't miss a thing. If you go on Friday or Saturday there is a little oriental show around 10pm.

This is the best Tunisian food I’ve ever had before. The portion was huge and the price was very reasonable. I had to take the leftovers home. Their lamb is just delicious. The only thing is that it was a bit hot in the restaurant and the air conditioner wasn’t really efficient enough. But I will definitely visit again.

Had an amazing experience here. North African food is one of the specialties of Montreal. If you're visiting from outside of town I'd highly recommend this restaurant. The service was warm & accommodating. The food was served in some marvelous traditional clay dishes, with a wonderful, home-cooked feel to it. The ingredients were well-prepared in their compact kitchen. The decor of this place is a highlight as well. I particularly like the fabrics hanging from the ceiling. The atmosphere of this place is very well-done. Definitely the most refined Tunisian restaurant experience I've had so far.

Had the Table Hote option (37$ +tx). The Brick (fried shell stuffed with potatoes, cheese and tuna) had a nice crisp to it, but was a bit flavourless. Next was the Tunisian salad which was very fresh. Finaly, the Chicken tajine. It came piping hot so had to wait a bit to eat it, but the chicken was so tender you barely needed a knife to shred it. The vegetables had more flavour than the chicken (which was a bit blend) in my opinion, but overall good meal and big portion.

Incredible couscous! The mergez, the lamb, the chicken... I'm lost for words! A must try if you're craving a good Tunisian food experience, this is the place to go!

We had a wonderful meal. The couscous and tagine were delicious as was the chorba(soup) and the houra salad.

Exquisite Tunisian delicacies in a beautiful atmosphere with friendly service. I have been to several North African restaurants, but this one stands out from the others. The appetizers (especially shakshuka & bread for mopping it up!), Tajines, and pretty much everything is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Do not forget to try the Tunisian pastries and mint tea after your meal.

The only problem with this restaurant is that the menu is so full of delicious dishes that one can't possibly taste them all, even with guests. Five stars because it is truly one of the best Tunisian restaurants in Montreal, and the atmosphere is always warm and festive.
