Well stocked, with friendly staff that give you a decent experience. An alternative to Shopper's Drug Mart that you will enjoy visiting. Prices are OK as well, and there is lots of parking here.

All staff in this store are friendly and approachable. From the pharmacies to the ladies at the cash, they make sure we get what we are looking for. This store is very clean. I highly recommend this store, I've been going to this store for the last 10 years and expect to continue for many years to come.

Switched to this pharmacy from a Shopper Drug mart...They have always been very polite and helpful and extremely impressed today when the pharmacist called to see if I could go in ahead of my flu shot appt. on Wednesday to make sure that I received the senior dosage right away.Good service!!

My family and I have a very ill person which we assist with and for about 2 years now we have been going to this pharmacy. The customer service and kindness of the pharmacist and the staff in this location are amazing. They are always there to answer questions and are always looking to assist you. Thank you for your hardwork and for always making us feel so welcome in your store.

Everyone is approachable and friendly especially Kelly in the pharmacy and the ladies at the front cash. The only thing I would like to see is better hours.

Went for my flushot. Had to explicitly ask for an immunization record. Extremely small and compact waiting area. However, the pharmacy and staff were all very polite. The store has a huge product selection, but many of the products are shockingly expensive compared to other retail chains. What bothered me the most is the very small waiting area, and lack of price tags on shelves.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have dealt with! I moved to Barrie and transferred my family’s prescriptions there and have had nothing but errors. Usually they make constant errors with my insurance but today was the last draw. When I got home after picking up my prescriptions, I open the bag and there is a prescription in there that I don’t recognize as mine and I certainly never had it before or asked for it. When you call of course they immediately put you on hold and leave you on hold for far too long, so rude! (this is a constant practice) I got tired of waiting on hold so I drove back to the store only to have them argue with me!!! Nothing but excuses and talking to me like I am incapable of understanding basic information, instead of accepting some responsibility for their consistent errors. After this experience I pulled all my prescriptions. Honestly the worse pharmacy! I will say, Brandon is great, the rest of them, horrible to deal with! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere to fill prescriptions.

Brandon the Pharmacist is is a truly amazing person. He takes time with people to explain things and wants people 100% sure. If we could give 10 stars we would. The store everytime we visit has friendly staff as well.All I can say is you should be bringing all business to this Rexall. We were tired of bad service, carelessness, and lack of giving a darn at the competition down the road.Thanks Brandon for helping my mother in law understand how to properly check blood pressure. This is only one example of his service and belief in it. We as a family have switched and I really encourage you to consider if you are reading this. I am putting this on behalf of her. We will never go anywhere else

Obviously have very poor security. Managed to get scammed out of a gift card that was purchased from this place as a wedding gift. GET BETTER SECURITY or don’t sell gift cards. Very disappointing that you let stuff like this happen.
