A cordial experience from veteran professionals of Mercedes. I had an oil change, check-up, and subsequent fixes from said check-up done for my Benz B200. Doug explained some crucial information about my vehicle for my on edification such as common known issues and differentiating factors for the B200 like it's transmission.I believe it is crucial to arm yourself with as much knowledge when making decisions that could cost you thousands of dollars and Doug was instrumental in that during my visit. Much appreciated!

I had used Continental before for a big tune up on my 1990 300SEL. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust, so I stuck with Continental on this visit. I had Continental install a keyless entry kit on my car, and understood the challenges on a car of this age. Continental was persistent and was able to deliver this service to me. It was a bit of a challenge and took a bit of work, but Continental didn’t give up on me. I value their honesty and will continue being their customer for a long time to come.

Big thanks to the team at Continental Auto Service. I have been taking my older model Volvo here since 2018 for regular service and ongoing maintenance/repairs. I have found them to be consistently service oriented, timely with communications and updates – in a way that is clear and understandable. Their text messaging is very efficient. They are very kind and patient with questions which I really appreciated especially with an older car. I have no hesitation in recommending Continental for your car services!

I'm a big fan of being able to text them for appointments, recieve updates, as well as pay. My first experience with them was positive, I felt very confident in their diagnosis, quote, and the work preformed. Price was as quoted, pick up and drop off were streamlined, and the issue was taken care of. I will be returning to them for all service and repair work from now on.Upon having to return for more suspension work they truly went above and beyond in accommodating my requests, overall couldn't be happier with the work and service provided by the team here.

I have been taking our vehicles to Continental for more than 20 years. They are an excellent alternative to dealer service. In the early stage it was a BMW and more recently a Mercedes SUV and a 27 year old, VW Cabrio. Service has always been courteous and reasonable and now, under the new management, they have upped their game even further. I highly recommend them.

Doug is a great communicator who keeps customers up to date on progress and options. The technicians are competent and experienced. Continental is our go-to place for repairs and service on our older European car. Highly recommend.

I have taken my Mercedes’ here twice after growing frustrated with my experiences at MB dealerships, and I will never go back! Always extremely friendly and informative about what the work they are going to be doing to your vehicle, and why. I always feel very comfortable leaving my AMG in their hands. Reasonable prices and honest people. Definitely recommend!
