Just left and were treated extremely fair and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and we will definately be back for service in the future. Best customer service out of any loan company in windsor!

They say ok...pay on this date...to which we both signed (wouldn't let me actually read the documents just signed on a little electronic thing) . Then, they take it out a day earlier than agreed on and then when I go back to re-loan they tell me because they took it out from my bank instead of me coming in to pay, that it needed 5 business days to clear even though I offered to show them my transactions. Their response was we tried to call you...if we don't send it in a day early

This ladys are very sweet always make me feel welcome and always have something to make you have a great laugh i been going there for a year off and on even when you do go back after months they still talk and treat you like a friend great store and great worker.

I have a bad experience with them, they promote that first cash advance is free upto $200, but in actual when I borrow and go to pay back , they charge $30 fee and tell me that they only give first advance free if you borrow more than 400. I borrowed from pay2day once same $200 for first time and they did not charge anything. Pay2day, cashmoney or money mart are better than them. They dont charge you for first loan upto $300.

I went here this past week and the lady Megan working is very polite and helped me out a lot. I never uncounted a bad experience with any of the staff. I highly recommend this store
