Our experience with Bast was excellent from the sales to the installation and all trades involved.Brent was so knowledgeable and helpful . The installers were very professional, cleaned up every night following installation. The price quoted and the terms of our purchase were exactly as stated, no surprises.Such a great experience and We would highly recommend.

From shopping the showroom to the final installation, the experience of working with BAST was nothing but a pleasure! Although several specialized employees were involved in the process, the installation process was seamless. It was clear there was a lot of communication between the employees on the installation and there were no problems at all! Love our new electric fireplace! Wouldn't hesitate contacting them for service when needed or our next purchase.

Want a real BBQ? What I mean is a north American manufacturer and not a chinese product. Just compare these products to the big box stores and you will notice the difference. Sure they cost a bit more. Bought a Napoleon grill that came with a 15 year bumper to bumper warranty and Bast does the work for you when needed. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Go see them and you will know what I mean. BTW, I wasn't paid to say any of the above.

Amazing! This is my second fireplace designed and installed by Bast and team. From start to finish it was once again the most positive and professional experience. I can’t recommend Bast Home Comfort enough! My finished fireplace, lighting and cabinetry are beyond what I even hoped for! Thank you once again to all!

This was an A+ purchasing experience from a Team that understands Customer Service. From Brent making sure I had the information necessary to make the right decision, Scott patiently fielding my phone calls, Dave Bast bending over backwards with scheduling (I'm on vacation this week and he wanted me to have my new Napoleon gas BBQ to enjoy) and finally John/Kyle doing a professional, friendly job with the gas line install/BBQ set up I couldn't ask for more. If you want incredible service at a competitive price you need to see Bast Home Comfort.

Went to Bast to look at updating our electric fireplace insert.We were amazed at the life like fireplace inserts. As we live in a rental, I did not want to alter the existing mantle.The staff were very helpful in describing the features and dimensions to us. We quickly decided that we need look no further and ordered our choice. We found an insert which fit our existing mantle and within a week all was done.Thanks so very much for making this an easy upgrade.
