I will attempt to put into words but find it almost impossible as it was so much…The Onus team (consisting of Margaret Lopes and Andrew Canali) went over and beyond in helping owners achieve milestones when it came to dealing with a corrupt manager and a corrupt Board. When owners found themselves lost and felt it almost impossible and were on the verge of giving up all hope, Onus brought us light.Owners were taken by the hand and walked through every step of the way with courtesy, kindness, truth and wisdom to an amazing new beginning from a long painful history at YCC264And the work did not stop there. Margaret and her team put our Corporation together from absolutely nothing on file, saved us from going bankrupt and put our Corporation back in working order with hard work and dedication. Excellent client response services, and experienced that all assigned jobs are completed satisfactorily in timely fashion within the limitations of allowable budget. Realistically, day by day its becoming very challenging to cover all cost related to projects, and feel that Maggie is highly skilled in negotiating good economical rates with third party vendors without compromising the job quality. My dad and I have lived at PCC 500 for many years now. Maggie has always made time to speak to us. She is always finding new ways to help the condo save money, and she seems to know everyone in the neighborhood and always tries to help, even if they don’t live at the condo complex. My dad and I have always been comfortable going to her with our problems because she actually listens and gets them resolved. She’s always very professional and the kids think she’s very cool.
