I went through the MRI today, for a neck and brain scan. I was very impressed - I became claustrophobic in the traditional MRI's, not this one - it was open, the equipment did not move with an inch of your face. I was in the machine for over 40 minutes and had a great experience. I would of liked the report right away as it is not easy to get it when your from out of town.I would consider choosing the Open Skies over getting a free MRI.Thank you Open Skies

Not at all impressed. My teenage child was uncomfortable taking off pants and receptionist got mad spoke to my child horribly when I said I would take care of it and make sure my child was completely changed she got right mad at me and treated me horribly in front of my child. She was so rude to me my teenage child cried when we were being yelled at and disrespected in such a way. Not to mention so embarrassed as we were yelled at and disrespect in front all other people waiting for their scans. It's really unfortunate to have a receptionist like that at the front of your business who is responsible your first impressions. People are nervous enough coming in they don't need to be treated like that. Also we were told our scan was on Monday at seven in the morning when they booked us for Thursday at seven in the morning. So we had to wait around in hopes of getting squeezed in due to their error. The tecnition was awesome and apologized for the horrible way we were treated.

Why do you advertise and show a pic of an open mri ,when you get there all you have is the same old tube just a little bit bigger and say its open on both ends.

My experience with Open Skies MRI was great. I was able to do a private referral through my chiropractor who I have been dealing with. It was not through the medical system as I was okay with covering the expense myself privately. The referral was sent on Monday morning, Monday afternoon I received a call and was able to get in on a short notice cancellation for the next day. Otherwise as I was informed would only be within the next 10-12 days which again is still very quick! The cost was $950 for spine and if during the exam they felt I needed contrast I would of been issued then and there and would of been an additional $250. They were spot on, no hidden fee’s at all. I will say the initial call for the appointment was very detailed which I loved! Upon checking in and my arrival, following their system was very easy. Upon entering the office I was treated by very friendly staff, willing to help and accommodate to help with comfort at any stage. Would recommended to anyone! Follow up afterwords of your documents was upfront and again explanations were very detailed. Overall it was a very smooth and great experience ! I had my follow up report within 48 hours! Very satisfied and on my way to recovery knowing what’s wrong and how to treat properly.

The staff are great, disability parking at the door and wait time is short. Washrooms available for patients. Usually I am out before my appointment time.

Staff is very nice and compassionate,Environment is also nice and the images from the MRI are excellent.Was well worth the 10hr drive to get there.

I am little bit nervous about my MRI but when I enter in to the center and the Receptionist lady (Coreen) welcome me in great great manner also she is very much kind. Strongly Suggest for the Centre. Thank you Coreen
