Cineplex Cinemas New Glasgow

I am thirty-eight years old and have been going to this theatre for most of my life. It was a disappointment and an inconvienence when showtimes were removed from the sign board on East River road. I tried to use the website and the app to keep abreast of what was playing and when, but it was very difficult to navigate and unintuitive. I am someone who successfully works in tech trades and graphic design, so if it's not eady for me, how does your average person fair? Now the movie posters are removed from the outside of the building. There are no titles or showtimes physically posted anywhere on the property aside from inside the building. This is short sighted, inconvienent and dare I say intentionally exclusive of any customer who isn't tech savvy or carrying a smart device. The cost associated with physical signage can't possibly out-weight the lost revenue from alienated or un-enticed customers. Given the financial hit suffered from the pandemic, you think efforts would be made to entice customers, not make it harder for them to give you their money.

It was a good experience, first movie at the New Glasgow Cineplex, seating could be made more comfortable!

Theaters these days are expensive but staff was great and we enjoyed the movie as a family.

Every time I go to this Cineplex there is never any merchandise for the movies Scream 6 and Super Mario Bros both no merchandise. Its a shame because most people go for that I assume it because management is poor and doesn’t feel like ordering it because there either lazy or just plain don’t want too. Other then that it’s a very good experience and good costumer service from the employees.

Went to the early show to see Indiana Jones today. First ones in and the cashier was very friendly and served us quickly and efficiently. Very clean building in all areas.Very nice first time experience at this theater. Thank you Cineplex Cinemas New Glasgow.

Bet this place is kicking themselves now . Not playing insidious 5 and opting for joyride and teenage kraken which both flopped while insidious 5 killed it this weekend and came out with 32 mil. Management ought to make better decisions in the future or I'll just skip going there altogether

They are open how ever they don't sell the pretzels I drove a hour to get very disappointing. Just another reason they are empty over priced concessions and bad customer service.

Always understaffed, never clean, cinemas are dingy.. I could go on and on. This is a disgusting establishment and I praise the workers who actually stick around because I know I wouldn’t. The massive fridge in the hallway that’s been there for weeks really ties the unkept and underfunded aesthetic alive. It seems to be a management problem because I know the minimum wage workers are probably on the same page as I am. 1/10 experience do not go here. I’d rather drive to the closest one which, I believe, is in Truro.
