Very disappointing and felt like they thought I am stupid and don’t understand in fur.This is my story: I decided to invest in a coat. So I got a vintage one which I brought to this Fur «specialist » to repair and clean. First, the process is long over 3 weeks. Second, I was expecting a professional result and a upscale service matching the money they charge to repair and clean, however I was disappointed by the level of professionalism. They didn’t repair all the lining opening, which meant they missed a part therefore, saw dust from the cleaning process got into the corner of the coat. My other concern was the level of finishing, threads hanging from the lining edges that were repaired and no attention to the details.I would not recommend this place.

Très compétents, rapides, efficaces. M'ont bien conseillé pour la fourrure de mon capuchon de manteau. Le prix est moins cher que chez le détaillant/ fabricant de manteau et la fourrure est plus belle.
