I really appreciated Chester's patience, this was my first time looking at houses so I was initially hesitant to make any offers, despite this he never pushed me into making an offer on a house I was not happy with. When looking at houses Chester was able to indicate the quality of finishes, quickly point out deficiencies in a house, and give an indication of the cost to remedy a house's short comings. When it came time to make an offer Chester was very helpful in recommending a quality home inspector and electrician to help identify potential issues.
