joke. worst office. worst service 2 +hour line and they turn you away as soon as it strikes 4. seams after lunch they just don’t care to work. places like this one is why people lose their minds and become violent. lucky i chose jesus today

I've always been able to find parking, and if it's not a check issue date I'm usually in through the lineup in no more 30 minutes, but if you insist on getting your check the same day on check issue, expect a delay for 2 hours or more, but the next two days the wait time will slow down. The staff is always friendly and so is the security. Very rare over the years have I ever met a staff that was cranky. But nevertheless we are human beings. The only downsize is the outside appearance looks very tacky, and the wheelchair access route not exactly smooth. Otherwise, I thank goodness for the service availability, and I hope eventually all of us would be able to move on to be more financially secure once our other barriers have been dissolved.

Wait forever, while many employees take their lunch outside of scheduled meal times. Many of them don't seem to communicate well with others, making relieving the proper services very difficult. However, it has improved slightly this past week so I haven't given up hope.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. They need more workers, hopefully they can find more people to help

Parking facilities is fabulous and staff is also good and helpful. Location is also perfect

Workers are somewhat lazy here, seems to be a line up no matter when you go. Staff tries to block you at any turn they can from getting benefits you are entitled to (more so than other offices). Staff not ever friendly, compassionate, sympathetic, or even human 99% of the time. I bet if these workers were paid by how many clients they actually helped(instead of by the hour), they would be a bit more conscientious about doing their jobs. Maybe we as citizen's should ask our local m.l.a. (or whoever you think could help) to aid us in fighting for better treatment from them. These are GOVERNMENT employees, they are supposed to be working FOR us, NOT AGAINST us.

It is a very big joke to get any service on the phone. When you get the run around with them.

Office needs more workers on a daily basis. Also, DO NOT try going the week after checks go out as you can be in the line up for DAYS.
