Dr. Abigail Gradinger is caring, kind, available and takes time to listen and understand her patient's needs and concerns. When my physician of 30 years retired I was devastated and it took me two years to find a physician that I was comfortable with. She is GREAT and her staff are warm, friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful experience!!The receptionist Melanie is super sweet and friendly. Dr Saman Razzaghi is very pleasant and knowledgable. He is a delight. He explained all sorts of things to me and was very thorough with an initial exam. He poked and piched to test my pain levels. I did not feel rushed. I walked out feeling like a human pin cushion, but today I feel no pain. Thank you Dr Razzaghi! I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Liu had no idea how to take care of me, a person injured and in need of real care. I had to finally speak my mind so she could wake up and touch my injured body parts, how terrible of an experience it was having to call her attention every time I had to go there and leave so upset and frustrated

She's a good kind Doctors she took care to both of us my husband and me.. i highly recommend as one of the best Doctor ever...

My family has been coming here for almost 4 years. Dr. Chang is fantastic, and Melanie and all staff are super nice. Previously we were with Dr. Liu. She was amazing, but one staff member at that time was not so nice. I considered looking elsewhere, but thankfully all is great now. :)

It took 2 days for them to call me back to book an appointment. Don't bother filling the online booking form, they don't reply to that either. Dr Gradinger is on maternity leave and her replacement only works 2 days a week. There's only 1 other doctor working and it will take 2 weeks to see a doctor! Totally unacceptable when you're sick. I just left her practice because the most important thing about a doctor is being able to see him/her when you're sick!

Shockingly casual with patients' medical information!I was looking for a family doctor and was emailed a new patient package - along with the instruction to complete the forms and _email_ them back. Those forms included my personal contact information, OHIP number, detailed medical history, etc. Apparently, this medical office does not grasp the privacy risks that come with regular email. It is comparable to sending a postcard.When I pointed out to their management that they are actually cautioning patients not to send medical information by email themselves (in their email disclaimer), it turned out they are not warning people because of privacy concerns...but because their reception staff simply cannot answer them. Wow!This is not the place I would trust with treating my personal information confidentially.Is there no oversight?

This is hands-down the best doctors office I have ever been to, the staff is extremely friendly, they provide a very comfortable environment where you can talk about your issues and get the help you need.Had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and easy going. They got me in and out quickly. The waiting room is clean and comfortable too.

Worked with Dr. Liu briefly, would hardly say what I felt/experienced in my 10 minutes

TL;DR this clinic feels like a very safe space for women.I was recommended Dr. Peng by a friend that has multiple mental health concerns and Dr. Peng made her feel so heard and understood (as compared to how women’s health and mental health are often not taken seriously or underestimated).I recently came in for a Pap test which can be quite invasive and nerve wracking for some people, but Dr. Peng and my nurse were so attentive. Notably the way they communicate leaves no room for fear because they streamline and lay out exactly what will happen or what they’ll do so you can feel at ease.If you are woman-identifying and want a doctor that will listen and help with your concerns without judgment, I’d highly recommend Dr. Peng and this clinic!
