A loving retired couple who are doing what they clearly enjoy doing! You won't beat their prices even online! I have been addicted to their store for a year now. They can order just about anything that you desire from the aquarium world! I can't wait till the open the room next door more than doubling the floor space!

My experience is always top notch when I arrive in the store I feel welcomed! The prices are basically unbeatable. Compared to most of the surrounding city's id say they have the best prices, and quality. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Wonderful experience !This is a small shop that had everything I was looking for. Dragon stone, Spider drift wood, Algae eating shrimp. You have to see the store's pet Tortoise. He is awesome! Being in this shop made me want to get another tank. Store owner is so very nice. Open later in the day. I will be back for sure!

Very unorganized, no prices on any tanks and bad service. Waited around for 30 minutes to be helped, after asking for help she says one minute let me finish up with these people. (Good no problem) 2 more people walk into the door and get helped as soon as she finishes with the first people. Terrible service. Will not be coming back. Ever since the fire this place has went down hill drastically.Also pay very close attention many tanks have dead or sick fish in them

This is not about the store quality at all, but the service. I have called at least 10 times in the past 3 days during business hours and they have not picked up the phone once. I live in Wisconsin but have an Illinois #, so I tried calling from my son's phone and still no answer. Voice-mail is not set, so I can't leave a message. I live maybe an hour away, but am in Appleton this weekend for a basketball tournament and wanted to MAYBE stop by on the way home, but before I waste my time I had a couple questions. It is very irritating that I can not get ANYONE to answer the phone.

The owners are extremely knowlegable and friendly. The prices are fantastic, the tanks are all beautiful and clean. If you want fish, plants, and supplies from a knowlegable caring and local fish store this is probably one of the best shops in the state. I drove here all the way from Sheboygan and purchased plants, gravel, a full aquarium setup, and primer. I still need to go back and pick up some shrimp and some dwarf cory's for my setup yet and cant wait to return. They are a wealth of knowlege. They are also home to one of the coolest tortoises you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. If you love fish and turtles don't miss out, go and visit Natural World Aquariums!!!

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. She even offered to special order a couple fish for me that she didn't have on hand. The variety here is much more diverse than my local fish store. The big tortoise roaming around is very cool too!

Okay, so sometimes they aren’t open when Google says they should be, or you have to wait a bit while they visit with the customer before you, but our society has become accustomed to on demand service and availability on every level, and it’s not always best that way! If you are serious about the hobby, and want to have access to some very helpful, knowledgeable salt of the earth people, you’ll have to get used to not being catered to. For those from out of town: I suggest calling first. If they answer, they’re open. If they don’t, they’re probably closed.As far as service, selection, convenience, and price, they are FIVE STARS across the board. I was new to the hobby and had so many questions, despite hours of online research, how-to videos, and books. I was immediately put at ease, was offered free water testing, given free samples to try before I bought, and even given some free plants a time or two. I was listened to and they seem invested in my tanks as much as I am!Any time an issue came up, which is to be expected in the hobby, they immediately made it right even without me expecting it or asking them to. The best part is their prices are most of the time lower than Amazon or bigger pet stores.So yeah, it’s worth the wait, and I don’t mind one bit because this is the way commerce used to be (and should be). Supporting local businesses who have livelihoods and families and strengthening our community should be a priority. If you want speedy, reliable service from underpaid and un-knowledgeable workers, go to your nearest big box pet store.
