Skybird Travel has always been a great help with consolidation services. The reservation team does an exceptional job of assisting with changes, refunds, and schedule changes. I would like to commend Geeta for her extraordinary service in reservations. She has always done everything in her power to help us, and been always there for us in need. Also, the Director of Skybird Toronto Justin is a gem of a person. Justin always goes above and beyond for anything you ask of him. Justin is a down to earth and always ready to help! I would recommend Skybird to travel agency looking for consolidation services.

Salma from Skybirds travel is a highly professional sales person. Her itinerary was very well thought out, combining leisure time with activities.The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of her way to help us with some hard to get reservations. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a fun, relaxed, holiday. She will deliver!

Very poor service. I had filed a complaint with Mr. Tahir at Toronto Office more than a month ago. No response. Talked to Mr. Raj Patel,. COO in USA. Again, no response. Have left messages and emailed but still no response. .
