Ordered the chicken pecan salad with blue cheese and extra pecans. They put the salad in the bag upside down, and when I got home to eat it, there was no blue cheese and no extra pecans. Even though they took the order correctly, they still screwed it up

Slow service and mouldy food.The salads at this location are always wilted and bitter. Baked potatoes are often mouldy or at very least questionable. Chicken has a strange texture as well, like it isn't being cooked properly.

Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Cheese and no tomato extra mayo (it also comes with lettuce), and got Spicy Chicken with just mayo. So I drove back to return the wrong sandwich and to get a new one. Instead, the manager questioned me and said I did not pay for my cheese and was showing me the receipt. Not my fault the person taking the order made a mistake, and also I can pay for the cheese. Not a big deal. So the manager opened the sandwich I returned and was shaking her head and saying “She’s returning it but she already bit it”. I would definitely not be coming here for awhile. The manager seems to be mad at the world. Way to make your customers feel awkward and bad. The one in this picture is the corrected sandwich. Thanks for the lettuce.

Terrible customer service! Waited at the front counter to be served for 20 mins without any acknowledgment at all, they were to busy worrying about skip to care about customers that come inside the restaurant. If you don't care about the customers at the restaurant then shut your doors and just do skip.

Horrible customer service, there is none. Food quality is garbage. And prices you may as well go to a real restaurant.This place has the worst excuse for customer service I've ever seen.

Wife and I wanted a quick supper as had travelled from Edmonton via Hinton on business. Food was filling and good. Service was efficient. Welcome end to a long day of travel.

Terrible food and service. Very salty, not fully cooked, chicken was terrible. Staff was rude and disinterested. Tried to overcharge. Used to be good, not anymore. Won't return.
