Love Napa! Always great quality parts! I drive an old truck, and they still have the basic maintenance stuff on the shelf like oil and fuel filters. Today needed instrument panel lighting,….on a Sunday afternoon. Guy there was more than happy to find a match after the catalog didn’t list them, and my research wasn’t right either.

Horrible, unprofessional service, sold me an incompatible part for my vehicle and when I tried to install it I realized it wouldn't work so I brought it back to exchange it and was told they couldn't refund my money because there were some scratches on the part as a result of trying to install it in the wrong application. Also takes forever to get parts from them as they have to dig around in the warehouse to find the part, save yourself the hassle and just go to Canadian tire. At least the kids there don't pretend they know what they're talking about.

Very disappointed. I bought a pair of windshield wipers. I bought the Trico ones and wasn't able to put them on. So I requested Justin for help. There were 2 persons helping the customers. Though it wasn't a busy day, both the folks were pretending to be busy. Justin said he is happy to help, but want to take care of the customers waiting on line. I understood his situation and waited. I waited for 50mins and he didn't show any sign of help even when the queue was cleared. I take this disrespectful and figured out he is in no intention to help me. So, I returned the items and left the store.Later, I went to Auto Value auto parts on Midnapore. Even though it was a busy day, they were extremely helpful to swap the over engineered Trico wipers for me.I don't think I will ever visit Napa auto parts again.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Darrell today. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing parts for my van. He was very candid about were I should/could skimp on quality and get lower priced parts, and were I should go with the higher quality higher price parts. We had a good laugh or two while still getting things wrapped up quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience. This will be my new go-to auto parts store!

Gas prices are sky high now so it was even more important to me not to make a needless trip so I phoned for the specific oil filter and oil I needed. I was told both were in stock (I asked for the filter make - Mobil - along with the part number as well as Pennzoil Ultra Platinum oil). I drove to the address given on the site, really hard to access, no parking. I was told that that was their oil change location, so I wasn't off to a good start. You probably know where this is going When I did get to the right location, they didn't have either the specific oil or filter that I'd phoned to verify earlier, they don't even stock Mobil filters - of any type!. Totally careless and unprofessional.

I placed an order online for pickup in person. The website stated that it may take upto 24-48 hours and that someone would call me when the order is ready.5 mins later someone called me from the shop and said my order was ready to go.Fast service, knowledgeable staff.
