After completing much due diligence, I reached out to Driven Limousine Service specifically due to my interest in working with and supporting a family run business versus a larger national organization. My intent and desire was a more personalized transportation service experience. At Driven Limo I work with the owner, John, directly. In the last two months, I’ve hired Driven Limo services 4 times to take me round trip from my home to the airport. What I really appreciate about John is his demeanor – he has a calming style and is a consummate professional. The reservation process is easy -- I text John directly about a week or two prior to needing service, of the day/time/flight info when I need a pick up. The day before the reservation John will text me to confirm the appointment. I have my credit card on file, therefore, when we get to the airport or my home there is no paper work or money exchange. Later that evening John sends me a receipt via email. The entire process is quick and easy. I believe Driven Limo’s prices to be fair and competitive. John is always early, you will never have to wait – he’s very efficient and committed to a quality experience. The car is extremely clean. Lastly, and most important for me as a women – John is a very honest man and I always feel safe during my ride – for me, that is “priceless”. I wholeheartedly endorse Driven Limousine Service.
