I had the worst experience here. I booked here as they are one of the only salons who have space for walk ins, we were 3 girls . All of our services was terrible. There was another girl beside me visitng from Paris crying and asking if her nails are “ Normal “

Efficient, thorough, and accommodating! Received a pedicure from Andrew, he was kinda and very detail oriented. Had such a great time! Great quality for such an affordable rate.

I’m really disappointed with my pedicure. My cuticles were cut raw in several spots, the shape of the nails, esp the big toes, is not well done or even and the polish looks busted bc the tech painted uneven, thick coats. I wasn’t given enough time under the dryer and they didn’t have the proper plastic toe covers for under my shoes, just cheap plastic wrap that moved out of place quickly. Pointless, waste of money.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, especially not negative. But this was a health hazard and important enough that people need to know. I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years, this happened between my 1st and 2nd time going to this place. I cant say whether or not the bacterial infection was from the salon, but that is not why I am writing this.First, when they started taking off the shellac to do a refill, she told me there was a bit of mould on two nails as a result of water getting trapped in between the real and fake nail. She was going to continue with a refill but I asked her to take them off. Once they did that, they kept reassuring me saying it was mould, but that it was safe and that they've seen it before. Half way through they noticed a small crack in another nail, which she asked her boss about since I had been soaking my nails, including the infected ones. I asked what was wrong before putting 2 + 2 together myself, she said nothing and not to worry about the mould. Once they removed everything and the green was very much not on my nail, but under my nail on my skin, they were asking what colour I wanted for shellac. I told them I didn’t want anything. They kept insisting that they’ve had this happen to other clients and just put shellac on them. I said I wanted to leave them as is and go to a doctor. I called a friend in dermatology right away, who confirmed it wasn’t fungal, but a bacterial infection.It is not very serious and easily treatable, but why I say to not go here is because they wanted to just cover it. Things happen. I’m not going to blame someone if I catch something and they tell me to go get it checked out because they’re not sure. But if I had listened to them and hid the problem while the bacteria continued to spread, the consequences could have been much worse.

This location never disappoint me! As soon you come in, we can feel the team work, they work fast and are attentive.

The sir rushed so much to do my nails. And ruined them , they aren’t even the same shape and length and they are so badly done and badly paint. Even tho it’s a clean place the service could be way better… Next time I’ll look for a better place!

I've been coming here since February, they always take me in within 10 minutes. I've been to other places in Montreal where you have to wait, where they rush you, etc. Here, they take the time for you even when it's time to close. Never had any issues, and 0 nails broken since I've been coming here. :) overall would recommend.

I got my nails done in the dust of someone else’s hot pink nails, I should have just asked to leave then. All tools came from a basket that looked used with a ton of other tools in it that weren’t being used. The nail files 100% were used. Any review on here saying they sanitize their tools or use fresh clean tools doesn’t seem accurate. I should have come read the reviews first. I would steer clear of this business. Also to input a tip they ask you verbally which is kind of agressive. I asked to tip 20% and she asked if I want to round up to the next dollar and I said no. I just find that kind of rude. Realistically I was just trying to be kind about their time/service when realistically based off cleanliness alone I should have tipped nothing.

This is one of that not so great salon that I’ve ever been…it’s so disappointing with the service they provide! I’ve been here for manicure and waxing (arms). Firstly, the place is not at all welcoming and they don’t understand English which shouldn’t be an issue if they know what concerns more! The person doing my manicure went so harsh and cut into my skin which won’t stop bleeding. The person doing the waxing was on a call all the while and didn’t even try asking if I’m comfortable with the heat and it was paining so hard that I couldn’t even let her know cause she’s on call all while…my hand turned all red and itchy. I would never expect people in saloon to be that self occupied and are least bothered about their clients.
