Woodbridge Bridal Accessories

I purchased my wedding accessories here and they were beautiful - handmade and well designed. I had a number of customizations and they were all completed as requested. There is such a large selection and the service is lovely. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for wedding accessories! Attached is a pic of my gorgeous wedding hairpiece.

Awful customer service. Purchased a bracelet at the Toronto bridal show and had noticed it was broken when I got home. The store is located in Vaughan and I live in Barrie so it’s not exactly around the corner for me to get to. I came into the store to ask if they could replace the bracelet for me, NOT refund it and immediately the lady told me it couldn’t be replaced for me. She said I should have called as soon as I got home from the bridal show and now it’s too late. I have the receipt and everything and just wanted a replacement so that I can wear it on my wedding day. She openly argued with me in the store and insinuated that I had broke it on purpose sometime between when I purchased it and now. Extremely rude, blaming the customers and not trying to help in any way. I will make sure to tell any of my girlfriends to never purchase anything from here. They also lost out on a sale for a headpiece I was going to purchase. AWFUL COMPANY.

This place is amazing. There is something for everyone, whether you want a lot of bling or something more understated. I purchased my jewellery for my engagement party, bridal shower and wedding here as well as all the above for my mother, mother in-law, and bridal party for all three events, including broached and hair pieces, not to mention a custom hair piece for my mother. Annie and Lori are patient and took the time to take me through all my options, not to mention I always had a good time shopping at the store. Thank you for an awesome experience as usual!

Not only are their products stunning, but, I received THE best customer service I have ever experienced as a bride-to-be. They were so helpful and patient with me as I was trying to find the perfect accessories for my wedding day. They were kind enough to help me for 2 hours! Thanks again ladies! I am thrilled with my purchases!

I've been buying my special occasion jewellery here for many years. The quality and craftsmanship is incredible. Both times the woman who created these unique pieces helped me and she was wonderful. I did not need to make an appointment, she sat me down and did a quick updo, then she started to pick out a few pieces based on my criteria (blingy but also elegant and light) and finally I settled on this one. It's a head piece that was stunning, and surprisingly not heavy. As these pieces are one of a kind I bought it that day, she didn't pressure me but I saw the value of an original piece that I can keep and pass down. I got lots of compliments on the headpiece and often get asked where I got it and I always recommend Woodbridge Bridal!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I am extremely unhappy with my order (6 bridesmaid robes). They looked great when I saw a model in person, but the ones they arrived as part of my order were terrible quality, and left residue on your hands after touching them. When I called to speak to the owner she was very rude and uncooperative. She did not want to take the robes back as she knew they were bad quality and wouldn’t be able to resell them. I am now in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card company after multiple failed attempts to solve the issue with the owner Lori. Please save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!!

Excellent selection in bridal shoes and bridal hair accessories. I bought my bridal hear piece from them. A bit expensive but beautiful. A lot of their pieces are unique, you will not find them in other stores. The lady who helped me spent a lot of time trying different pieces on me. Good service.

Thank you, Annie for the gorgeous custom hair accessory you created for my wedding! I first met Annie at the Bridal Show and fell in love with one of her pieces. When I finally went to her store, I sadly learned that it had sold, which was no surprise. Annie ended up designing a whole new custom hair accessory for me that fit my style and wedding dress even better. Plus, she added some pink to my delight. The final product was an elegant work of art. I love it and got many compliments on it. Not only does Annie have excellent craftsmanship, but she takes the time to learn about your style. She is very creative and has a fantastic sense of artistic vision. Thank you for adding shine, sparkle and style to my wedding look! It definitely made it beautiful and unique. I have recommended everyone i know who was or is getting married to visit this shop. I have been here numerous times for many friends of mine and they have always provided the best service. I purchased all my Bridesmaids jewelry here and also items for personal use. Quality is fantastic. They made a special head piece for me to wear on my wedding day i could not be more Pleased with the results. Highly recommend this place. Staff is Courteous, Funny, knowledgeable and the store is always presentable. Great Job Ladies!!!!!

I don't understand how this store is still open. I have never seen such unprofessional staff.... Specifically a staff member named Anna. While shopping I caught her making gestures behind my back to another employee. I spoke up infont of the staff member that she was gesturing to and did not even receive an apology. As I was feeling very uncomfortable nothing was looking appealing after this encounter. To top it all off she was getting frustrated and shoed me away saying they don't sell what im looking for and walked away to gossip with her coworkers again. I have never seen such disfunction in a boutique. The owner should shut down or hire new staff all together to salvage anything.
