Incredibly long wait times and the staff have bad attitude! I used to have lunch there all the time, but now I go to Starbucks and its much better. Get better management and train your staff to be more efficient.

So I’m here currently they couldn’t scan may card whatever tech problems happen. But on minute 30 waiting for wraps they asked if I could park by side door. Had about eight other customers go through no problem and was give a grease covered ice cold wraps.

If you happening to pass by another Tims along your commute, skip this one. I'm a frequent customer and this location has only been getting progressively worse.Expect to be stuck in drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. Even if you order ahead with the app you still have to wait about the same. I've never been to a slower Tim Hortons and my typical order is 2 coffees. They never provide sleeves either unless you ask.

So sick of this location, rather go into calgary. First you come in to dine in & the place is an absolute mess. No clean tables garbage up to top overflowing. Take 5 mins for one of the employees to go around & make sure things are tidy. Second they don’t communicate and are a mess they charge you for something and then tell you they don’t have any at the moment. It’s been about 2-3 times I go around lunch and order wedges they charge me and tell me they have none. Around lunch ??? when they are most busy they won’t make sure to have a item like so. It’s ridiculous. Clearly the manager isn't controlling there staff and perhaps the owners need to get involved

I don't know what has happened to this tim Hortons, as someone who's been coming here the better part of 15 years, I've never seen such abysmal service. Consistently for the last year the average time I spend in line waiting for my order is around 20 minutesIf there were significant lineups or my order was overly customized I'd have more room for understanding however, in the time I've written upto this point I've personally witnessed three other customers leave. And my mobile order for pickup (ordered about 20m before arriving) still isn't ready.

It is Tim's but slower than you may expect, service often forgets an item or doesn't warm it. Some days better thannothers, but definitely not one of the better ones. Sad as it is my local Tim's

Absolutely worse I neve go here but yesterday after a very long time I made the mistake again.They didn't have any cookies, timbit or donuts I ordered smile cookies because that was mainly why I was there and the customer service person didn't think it is necessary to even look at me while handing the bag of cookies and confirming if it was the correct order and then she just closed the window and left.The only reason this place has businesses is because it's the only one can't wait till a second tim Hortons come in this neighborhood.

Customer service and quality control is lacking. Have driven away several times with the wrong order. Also when did they start giving you half a bun versus a whole bun with their chilli meals? Seems like a few Tims are cutting corners to save a buck? Staff are nice enough at the drive thru window, but rarely do they ever say “Hi” or “Have a good day.” Many times they are out of items on the menu and their drive-thru is one of the slowest I’ve been in.
