Taylor was awesome! My car broke down on the side of the road on a very hot day. I panicked while on the phone with CAA to choose a destination before they could complete the tow request. I found out after when I called the mechanic I wanted to go to, they were unavailable for a week. So Taylor was very accommodating and got the destination re-routed onsite. He also shared his knowledge of used vehicles with me as we had a separate conversation during the ride. Very helpful!

Towed our car out of the ditch and repositioned it within five minutes. Our night has changed so much for the better that I'm going to start drinking. Great service! ♡♡♡

Needed a tow from Newmarket to East York, and had the pleasure of having Taylor from Elliott’s Towing come and help out!He was super friendly, responded fast to the call, made me feel at ease with sending my car. Huge Thank You to Taylor for coming to the rescue of my daughter and her small dog on the 400. Not only did he safely get her off the highway, but even took the time to make sure the Tech at Canadian Tire would stay late to put a new tire on for her when they initially refused! Taylor came out and did an amazing job getting my car towed. Very detail oriented and knows about what each car needs. Gave great service and was quick.

My car broke down today. This has happened before where my car battery would not start/turn over and usually my mom can jump start my car on her own, but tonight that was enough. I called CAA/Elliott's Towing and they were there in 10 minutes. We had set up for my car for to be towed but decide I would see if they could jump start it for me first. They were able to jump start my car. The guy looked under the hood of my car and saw nothing seriously wrong by just looking at it. He also pointed out a few other minor things wrong with my car that I never noticed, which I really appreciated. He then was super nice and followed me home to make sure my car did not break on the way. He went above and beyond and it means a lot to me as I don't know much about cars and I was freaking out. It meant so much to me and am super happy with the service.
