The Vaughan location is clean, bright and inviting. There is lots of privacy as we have our own private rooms and is in a location that is accessible by public transportation with a calm parking lot.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kristina for both couples and individual counselling and would shamelessly sing her praises! Kristina is a skilled, thoughtful and very effective practitioner. Would definitely recommend Kristina’s services (and have many times!) in a heartbeat.

I have been seeing Kristina for over 2 years and have seen positive results in my life. I’m normally not comfortable opening up to people but Kristina provides a safe space — and I feel that she truly connects with the thoughts and feelings I express and offers meaningful insights. I did a fair bit of research before I chose to work with Kristina as she was the one with whom I felt the most rapport following a short consultation over the phone. I have no regrets and highly recommend Kristina as she is very warm, friendly, and is an attentive listener. I’ve never had a session where I felt like I didn’t get something.
