Bellwethers Vintage

Bellwethers is my favourite vintage spot in Ottawa. I’m transformed into the past every time I step in. Amazing and unique selection at fair prices. Plus the staff are the absolute best - so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gotten clothes, vintage earrings and my favourite tote bag here. I even picked up a vintage camera they had and it shoots great. I always send my friends here. Definitely a must visit!

Bellwether's vintage is a nice store with kind employees and a welcoming environment. Unfortunately upon each of my visits they have had very few items for male customers. Overall nice product but I would avoid this store for now if you are a male shopper.

Ever since I first moved to Ottawa, Bellwethers has been my go-to for all things vintage fashion and accessories. From everyday to formal, casual to classy, I have never experienced such an incredible curation of pieces. Carol and Madison have created the most welcoming, authentic environment and I truly consider their shop to be one of the most stylish and creative in Ottawa. They have both always taken to my shopping requests and ideas with the utmost attention and consideration, making me feel comfortable whilst helping me explore my ever-changing style and preferences. They are both lovely women with so much heart for what they do, and it leaves me feeling inspired and stylistically limitless every time! I really cannot say enough great things about this shop. Looking forward to my next visit <3

Bellwethers vintage has one of the finest curated selections of vintage clothing you will find in the country. They have an item for every style, that will surely define your wardrobe. Each item is hand selected by the owner to ensure both accuracy of period and quality. The shop is beautifully decorated, it is a guarantee that you will leave wishing you could take the whole store with you.

Wow. Amazing selection, which has been carefully selected and fixed / cared for. Awesome service as well. Such a fun experience. I have visited several times now and it’s just as good everytime! Def will be coming back for a long time. The best vintage store I’ve visited yet.

So happy this is so close to home! What a wonderful shop with really lovely and helpful staff! I was helped to pick out the cutest shoes and a fur cover for a 50s themed party. The stuff I’ll be able to wear beyond just the one party & im quite excited. My boyfriend also got a wonderful jacket and tie he can definitely use a bunch of times. We’ll definitely be back as they have a ton of things and the prices are good for the quality of what they have!

Unique selection of pieces. Super friendly and kind staff. Definately a GEM in Ottawa. Styles varies from the 80s to early 90s. Found a couple East Asian clothing as well (casual kimono and hanfu [chinese] outwears). Generally, a really pleasant experience and love the vibes of the interior design too!One additional great bonus is that this shop is super clean, neat, and carries no smell" of vintage. Definately something a lot of Toronto vintage shops didn't master yet ;)"
