Horrible customer service. I was in an accident months ago and came here to get my car repaired. I was told they would call me when they got a courtesy car for me. A month passed and they said the same thing when I called back. Months passed by and I called back to get an update and they said they were still waiting for a courtesy car and that my name was on the next one. When I finally had enough, I emailed ICBC, who kindly called me back and told me that I can go to another repair shop because Maskalls didn't even make a file or upload pictures of my car. Maskalls did not do anything to help me out and lied about waiting for a courtesy car and having everything else ready to go. This has by far been the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I am very disappointed.

This is the place to go. I stumbled across them after googling the closest glass repair place to me after an incident. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and they get the work done quickly. They really made a stressful incident east to deal with. I’m glad I know about them now.

Lax attitude to customer service. I made an appointment for windscreen replacement. They forgot about it and just shrugged as if it's no bid deal. Said they'd call me back later in the day to make an appointment - didn't. So they really don't want or need customers. They'd treat them better if they did. Avoid at all costs - ask friends for personal recommendations if you need work done....and especially read the bad reviews on here

Unprofessional, give you a time the work will be done and then go over time. Then when asked when it will be done they said “I don’t know”.

I had really bad experience, bad customer service, kept me in the rain arguing about placement of the wipers after installing the front windshield. This place is on the ICBC list to go to; it should be taken off that list. They were arguing and claiming they don't know what to do! It was such as easy adjustment, another place fixed it in a minute. I had to spend countless hours with ICBC, as this was the ICBC claim. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Fast, reliable and great customer care. They had my car done sooner than we first thought. They kept me updated on my car’s repairs. I would highly recommend them!!

The front of my brand new car got damaged and the windshield washer tank was cracked. No one else would even talk to me and he looked at it that day reassured me it would be ok to drive without causing further damage and promised to fix it before xmas (no one else would even look till jan/feb) i picked up good as new today (dec 15th well before xmas) ill go here again 100%

I was visiting my mom for the weekend and someone did a hit and run on my car, the front bumper was scraped pretty badly, and boy was I frustrated. My friend recommended me to this place and so I went. They understood my frustration and promised me to have it done as soon as possible. When I got my car back I couldn't even tell that it had been hit in the first place, it was cleaned and looked practically brand new! Thank you to the team for their hard-work and amazing job!

Took my car here after having it get hit while it was parked out front of my house. Mike was able to get my car in the shop the next day, and repaired within a week. The back bumper was cracked, and he managed to perfectly colour match it and it looks next to new. I dont have enough good things to say about Mike, and the shop.

I took my car here after an accident, they had a hard time getting some parts in just like everyone else but they kept me updated and for sure put up with my annoying tendencies checking in lol all in all I would take my car here again if it needed repairs! They’re good guys!
