Could not match colour, even after 2 trys. Repair took much longer then quoted. Phone calls were not being returned. Had to show up in person to get an answer on when my car would be ready. While I was there asking I was told it was being worked on. At that moment, I looked outside and saw my car just being pulled into the shop.

I really want to thank the Owasco Volkswagen sales team, especially Said for an outstanding service and getting me into a hard and near impossible to get hold of Mk8 Golf R, but not just any Golf R a 20th anniversary Golf R! Especially after already waiting 15 months from another dealership for the R and still nothing.When it comes to salesmen, I would say Said is easily one of the best! His customer service was perfect and it was an amazing pleasure to do business with this gentleman! He’s very professional and the communication back and forth regarding the vehicle and was spot on, keeping posted every step of the way and answering any questions I had.Again thank you, Said as well as the rest of the sales team at Owasco Volkswagen you guys are awesome and you made me a very happy customer!

Bought a new VW Atlas, and traded in my old Atlas. Great experience. Limas was very responsive to questions, before and after I bought the new car. Would recommend. Will buy here again.

Ask for LIMAS!2 months ago I set out to find myself an SUV I can fit my family andy parents. I went to Daimler, Honda, Acura, and lastly VW.First of all the service at VW especially displayed by Limas was on a completely different level. He is energetic, empathetic, and honest. I absolutely dreaded going through the car buying process, but dealing with Limas and the Owasco VW team took my stress away 100%. I never thought I would ever buy a VW Atlas, but not only was the car buying experience top-notch, the car drives like a dream. I am now 1 month into my purchase and I am still very happy with the outstanding service I've received from Limas and the Owasco team.Limas got me an amazing deal on the top of the line Atlas, and even through in a few freebies that I didn't even ask for. The car has features that other top luxury brands carry for 70% of the price.Highly recommend Owasco and for a seamless buying experience, I would ask for LIMAS.

Owasco is one of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with. I have bought five cars from them so far and all of the purchases were great. The last car I bought was through Greg Attersley. He was a great sales representative and got us perfect cars. He was very helpful and polite. I would go to him again when I buy my next car!

I had a wonderful experience working with Volkswagen, specifically with Limas and the manager. Even though I didn't end up buying a car, they went above and beyond to try and make it work for me. They treated me like family and I really appreciated their efforts to make payments manageable for me. Lima was a great salesperson who truly exceeded all of my expectations.
