Loved our appointment with Danielle! After a very negative dress-buying experience, it was a relief to come into a professional environment and feel welcomed. They are also open to grooms being at the appointment which is super refreshing. Everyone was all-hands-on-deck to help me find something on time, and I didn't feel like size was an issue which is so nice..The only thing I would change is the 3-dress maximum but instead maximize the 90 minutes appointment time.

Wedding dress mecca!There is a lot of selection and the staff is very experienced and know the inventory well.If you are unsure of what your looking for in a wedding dress then this would be a good place to start. They have a lot of traditional wedding dresses and gowns. In terms of colour, there are a lot of white and nude dresses to chose from.Inventory is mostly size 10 but they have ways to make the dresses larger and smaller for all frames.There is not a lot of inventory for those looking for unique or coloured gowns.They should invest in new couches as they are worn and this cheapens the experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Kleinfeld and I cannot emphasize this enough. After having a horrific bridal experience at another place I was hesitant to try on dresses again but Kleinfeld went above and beyond!My consultant was Danielle and she took my ideas and comments and turned them into a vision. She treated me like one of her friends and was open and honest throughout the entire appointment. I am a bigger girl and she did not once make me feel like this was a problem. She made everything work and made me say YES TO THE DRESS! I am so thankful to have said yes here and with Danielle as my consultant.

I had a fantastic appointment with Rosalind. The boutique is beautiful and had exceptionally large fitting rooms and areas for guests to wait. The dress selection is vast and has top designers. Rosalind gave me exceptional service and you can tell that she has many years of service as she gave each dress its own personality. She understood what I liked in a dress and pulled a few and let us look at the collection to pull some of our own as well. She was patient and we had a great experience with Rosalind.

Even though my choice is not 100% yet, I cannot say enough great things about the Kleinfeld experience. The boutique is gorgeous, the change rooms so spacious and the salon ideal for all ladies to be comfortable the entire time. The dress selection is very extensive. But what really made the difference was my consultant Eleanor. She was warm, kind and so knowledgeable. She knew when to intervene and offer suggestions and when to stand on the side and let us discuss styles. She was so fast when helping me change, too. In the end, I liked the top of a dress and the bottom of another and she mentioned i could combine both, i would never have thought this was possible. I'm still on the fence given the price tag but could not have asked for better. She even stayed with us longer as she didn't have another appointment after mine. She could have just told me our time was running out and ended her day early. Thanks a million Eleanor!

I visited the store on January 22nd with my family and we absolutely had an amazing time! I was looking forward to finally having a Kleinfeld experience and Eleanor, my consultant, just blew me away! I was so nervous that I was not going to find my dress because of my size. I felt insecure and unsure of my options. Eleanor helped me to feel like a bride. She managed to find me a dress that fit me like a glove!Eleanor made the appointment feel as exciting as finding the dress itself. She joined in on our family fun yet still made sure that my voice was heard amongst my loud and opinionated family members. If you are on the fence about going to Kleinfeld’s, it absolutely is worth the trip, because of consultants like Eleanor. Michelle then helped us to go through a very seamless payment process and dress pickup.We drove over 2 hours to get there and on our way back home we got caught in a snow storm yet, we all were so ecstatic about finding the dress and how kind Eleanor was, that we didn’t even care. I am truly thankful to everyone involved for creating such a magical experience!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Kleinfelds Toronto and my experience exceeded my expectations! To be completely honest I booked the appointment thinking I would likely have to visit a few other boutiques before making my selection as my wedding is in less than 5 months and I didn’t think they would have a dress in my budget. My party was greeted with such grace and the sales associate was an absolute ANGEL! Her name is Eleanor and she is so beyond good at her job. She was so attentive, patient, informative she truly made my experience! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dress she knew what I wanted better than I knew and literally all the dresses she picked for me looked incredible on. I can’t say enough about her! I’m so happy!!

I had a great experience despite not buying my wedding dress here. It was easy to book an appointment as it is online. The place is huge and nicer than many other wedding dress boutiques. They also have a large selection of designers. The lady that helped me (forgot her name) was friendly and you can tell she was very experienced. She never rushed me and gave me lots of advice and opinion since it was my very first time trying on wedding dresses.

I cannot say enough kind things about the staff at Kleinfeld!! Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful, but working with the staff and Kleinfeld was always exciting! I had ideas of what kind of styles I liked but many of them were out of my price range. I showed my consultant what I liked and she managed to help me find the perfect dress that was in my budget! I have always been someone who is self-conscious but the consultant helped me feel beautiful in a variety of styles!The dress fittings went very well too! The consultants were always kind and helpful with any questions I had or thoughts for alterations. The day I picked up my dress was very bitter-sweet because although I was happy to have the dress, I was sad to be leaving Kleinfeld Bridal and their wonderful staff. If you're looking for a wedding dress- I highly recommend them!!

As a Bride who went to A LOT of stores I can honestly say Kleinfeld was the best experience by far. There was a huge collection of dresses and I found the perfect gown with the help of the most lovely sales associate Gordana. She was amazing right from the start when she took the time to chat with me about what I wanted and guided me through the floor explaining the different designers and ultimately finding me the perfect dress....and there was definitely no high pressure sales. I am looking so forward to the rest of my fittings!! Kleinfeld is a magical place and it's sad to see that the Toronto location is closing down. Happy I found my perfect gown with the most special sales associate just in time
