They did SUCH a fabulous job. The installer was so polite and so professional. The floor looks amazing. The owner gave us such a good price and he even came by to the house to check up on how everything was going. We are so happy with how everything turned out! 10/10 reccomend!

My coworkers mother had a terrible experience. They had promised her to have her bathroom tub surround tiled by a certain date, and it took them 5 days longer then they had promised. They were travelling out of country and had to find someone to come to their house so the tiling could be completed. They did not silicone around the tub, and instead used grout which cracked once dried allowing water to get in behind the tub and tiles. They asked to speak with the manager and it took him 2 months to reach back out to discuss it. She asked for a discount on the service as it wasn’t completed on time and was not done correctly (no silicone) and he informed her he would be taking her to small claims court rather then trying to rectify the situation.
