We purchased the Diamond Kote undercoating package for our SUV when the vehicle was new. The car is now 10 years old, and it doesn't have a spot of rust on it anywhere. If you are the type of person that plans to keep your vehicle for a long time the undercoating is worth the cost. You must go back once a year for undercoating touch ups as well.

Showed up for my appointment for the yearly undercoating. First off no place to park as staff is using the customer parking spots. Walk in and was told to leave my car and leave as there is no waiting room and no shuttle. Would be great to know advance. When I said something, I was met with hostility. “ We can cancel your appointment of you don’t like it “. Had to take an Uber home and back. The yearly undercoating now cost double with the Uber charges

Book appointments for two vehicles because they had 20% off for the month. Bring my vehicle in and they tell me I need the coupon for the 20% off. When I said it was poor customer service, the repsonse was well

I've been a customer at Permashine for quite some times and every time I went in for service the shuttle was available. I get there this morning and because of COVID the shuttle service has been cancelled. When will you bring the shuttle back in service? Without that service I have no intentions on returning to your business for anything other than the required undercoating.

O’Regan’s is the most thorough detailing service in HRM. It’s worth the money and the customer service is always top notch.We are always wowed by how clean our vehicles are. Highly recommend the leather and upholstery treatment that they offer! It makes a difference.

Took my SUV for a full detail to the Dartmouth location. The detailing was excellent made the SUV look new. A big shout out to the individual who did the work. I would highly recommend this location for auto detailing and undercoating.

I think I have had 5 or 6 express washes here in the last year, some great, some ok, and well the last one just poor. The manager said they could do it over, offered to give my next one for free, which was nice. But, I think they should inspect all work before being handed back to the customer. Until they get the quality control in check. But, I know they have some great people in there, and front desk people are super nice. There might be a response to reach out to someone to resolve this, but I think I will just try another shop, thanks anyways, best of luck.
