I had wrost experience with DHL delivery. I never got any information until I call and chase them for my parsal. Even I feel it's most expensive one. It took 42 days to arrive. And they had a lot of miss communication regarding it so even everytime I call them they provided me different kind of issues.

If I could give 0 I would.You get an email about duties, no notice of COVID protocol still impacting deliveries due to DHL being unwilling to accept payment at the door. I planned to pay when it arrived as we do with every other delivery, DHL won’t give me that option, and didn’t inform me of such in any of the updates. so I call the phone line to pay. It asks for my tracking number then my credit card, not even informing you of what your card will be charged on the phone line. Worst set up I’ve ever seen. Other companies accept payment at the door again And if you won’t, put that in your message. DHL worst than Canada Post and I didn’t think that was possible. If I didn’t want my package so badly I would just write off my entire experience with DHL and return my purchase. Solely due to the horrible experience with DHL. Then when I call the automated line for tracking updates it tells me it’s on its way, nothing about duties or taxes owed.There is good reason google has you as a 2.2 currently, only good reviews are about a single employee saving the day after others failed miserably for multiple people.

Delivery drivers are terrible. I was home and having a new furnace installed all day during the “supposed delivery” the side door was literally open ALL DAY and somehow the deliver driver managed to get a signage for my package without anyone seeing it. How are you that incompetent?! StockX PLEASE stop shipping with this company.

Scheduled this company to pick up a package on Friday evening to mail out. I got a call Friday afternoon saying they had arrived. I told them I was scheduled for the evening and was unavailable until then. Dispatcher was very unprofessional and refused to confirm if they would come that evening. Surprise - they didn't show up and I couldn't contact them. Followed up Monday with HQ in Toronto and I had apparently been rescheduled for a morning pick up (which I did not agree to, nor was notified about). Apparently there are no drivers available in the evening in my area and no one mentioned this before I made these arrangements. Rescheduling this delivery was also a piece of work. I had to call back three times (spent 2+ hours of my day over this) dealing with different employees that couldn't figure out how to send me a new shipping label. Choose DHL if you want to drop $700 to waste a lot of time, give yourself a huge headache, and have your package arrive late due to the incompetence of this company and their employees.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business. I waited 2 months for delivery. Phoning to get information is a nightmare. Too many circular button pushing options.I will NEVER use DHL again if I can avoid it.How do they stay in business!!!

It’s ripping people off. Shipped Couple of docs to India and it cost me $180. Same docs were sent off India to me in $45 only.

Ordered a part for a vintage Triumph from a company in England. Part was shipped via DHL. Received e-mails on three successive days stating my package would be delivered today". It was not. On the third day I contacted DHL. No response. Finally

I filled out the information to speed up the drop off online. When the day came the driver called me, I told him my girlfriend was home, he demanded she come down to get the package despite the fact the buzz code and apartment number were on the document. Called my girlfriend and just as she was about to head down he buzzed up. Apparently he ran up to the door and then threw the package at her before leaving. Unfortunately we have no choice in who delivers our packages, but I will never ship anything with DHL
