One of the best breakfast I ever had! Everything was perfect!! Taste was top notch! We did wait in the line for almost an hour as it’s has very limited seating.. however it was worth the wait!! You can go early or in odd hours so that you don’t have to wait that long.

This breakfast was stellar! Though we were initially worried that we would be standing in line waiting for a long time, we ended up getting in pretty quickly, and sat at the bar. Our server was super personable, and the restaurant manages to seat quite a few parties, despite the smaller space. The fried chicken benedict was wonderful: moist, crispy, chicken, savory little kernels of corn… It was delicious. But the real star of this meal was a cinnamon roll pancake: absolutely, incredible!! Little crunchy bits of buttery, pancake, with a perfect amount of cinnamon and frosting… It truly was one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I would absolutely go again for that pancake alone!

Absolutely loved the later tater bowl. The corn salsa is just wonderful. Great portions, so make sure you’re super hungry or opt for their half portion. I did that and was very satisfied. The pancakes are HUGE but definitely tasty and worth it. 100% recommended. I can’t wait to be back. Make sure to plan ahead of time as there will most likely be a huge line to get in because the location on Beatty St is pretty small.

We had a heard a lot of things about this place from numerous people and online reviews so decided to give it a try on my wife’s birthday! Honestly, our experience was a little underwhelming!We went in on a weekday and to the place’s credit, it was super crowded but I guess that led to a lack of service quality where our attendant always seemed to be in a hurry!From food’s perspective I really liked the Iced Jam Cafe and the Nutella pancake( did not expect it to be this big) but the rest of the food was not up to standard! The atmospheric was great and the only amazing thing I felt of the place!Overall I may give this place a second chance and hopefully that experience changes my mind!:)

Got here at 8:07 AM and waited about 20 minutes after the first wave of people got in. It is very crowded and a bit cramp. Someone knocked over their bottles of sauces from their when while eating since tables are a bit narrow.Fried chicken french toast was more than enough for two people! The fried chicken is crispy and the meat is still quite moist. The four chubby pieces of French toast were fluffy and scrumptious. Sauce is like a sweetened bbq sauce.The corn bread has bits of chewy corn. It was lightly fried in butter which made it great!London Fog, a milky sweetened Earl Grey, was cozy and delicious.Service was friendly, smiling and attentive.

I've always loved this place, still do. My favorite is their chicken and waffle (not pictured). Food is a big portion for one order, so I always end up having to box my leftover. The staff is friendly to each other and to customers. Such a good vibe. The only mistake I made this time was I misread and thought I ordered a pork belly Pancake. However, it was a pulled pork Pancake. It was still good, but i just didn't feel like a BBQ pulled pork today. The portion was huge. The Pancake was about .75 inch thick and filled the whole plate, and the meat portion was a lot as well. I would recommend Jam Cafe to anyone in the downtown area. Definitely one of my favorite Breakfast spots.

Took my visiting cousins into Vancouver as they had told me about this breakfast place they had heard about. The Jam" on Beatty street. so we packed up early to beat the line up and got in right away Sunday morning made the orders..... and the aroma from each meal was mouth watering as our server placed each order. I had the Apple cinnamon waffles and they were crazy amazing and hard to finish the whole dish but I managed. I do recommend this breakfast spot to everyone too. 2 thumbs up and thank you Jam"

Visiting Vancouver and wanted a place for coffee and breakfast, with Jam Cafe located near our accommodation. There was a small line out the front however we only had to wait 10-15 minutes until we were seated. The coffee was exactly what we were looking for and the food was generous in portion size and was delish. Our server Seth was welcoming, friendly and told us of some good places to visit during our stay. Would recommend and would come back.
