Another great job from Wellbrook Plumbing. Isaac was courteous and professional, did a great job replacing a toilet for us. This is our 3rd time using Wellbrook and would gladly call them again for our plumbing needs.

Awful!!!! Rude, insulting, left lots of work Incomplete, pipes not connected, leaks in other pipes, loose pipes, shower heads so high you cant reach them. 22 contractors to build our house, and these guys are the worst. Not to mention our missing materials. He simply does not listen to your concerns and will make stuff up.Edit: one of their techs, was apparently fired for time theft, however they will not honour our warranty because of this review. They report to us that this review is untrue, however this review is not embellished and all of our complaints to the company were ignored even previous to the review. They threatened to sue us for this review. I did suggest reviews can be deleted, however they too ignored that suggestion and did nothing to improve the situation further than crediting us for the install of two sinks, which they didn’t do in the first place. We have since hired a new plumber to fix the deficiencies. They did a great job, despite making fun of Issac’s pathetic job. You have been warned!Response to your reply, I have no idea where you came up with this idea of safety with your technicians. Again you still don’t listen, we went through the Better Business Bureau and you made one single attempt to try to resolve this issue and when I made the suggestion that if you’re worried about the safety of your employees on our new home build, that you can simply reimburse us for the issues we had. I don’t know why we keep having to go through different forms of communication in order to solve this however there is not enough space in the world to explain my anger towards you. You simply do not listen and this continues to go on even after this matter is closed. My one single regret with this home build is having you as my plumber. You are constantly lying, making up stories and still fail to listen again and again.If you simply did not want such a poor review then maybe you should’ve done better work. As I had said earlier even the new Plumber laughed at the work you did so I guess in all he ended up with the last laugh.

Had them install a new sump pump. They did an awesome job very professionally done . I had a battery back up pump Issac recommended a water pressure back up pump no worries about the battery . I love the idea of not having to worry about the battery . Looks great and worry free

Prior to leaving, he tightened another shower system as well as my kitchen faucet at no extra charge. I’ve used Wellbrook prior to this work and service and quality have always been like this. We have found a gem of a company. Response time fantastic. Came within hours of making initial call . Hot water tank installation. Great service and warranty provided for install itself.So impressed with the plumbers who made the call.

Informed my plumbing problem was that a small piece of pipe should be unscrewed and placed directly next to the existing pipe work. This took about 3 minutes to complete. I was charged over $600.I’m still not sure how this amount was justified based on less than 20 min of work. After discussing with several local plumbers I’ve been informed that this price was inappropriate given the work done.Looking for an appropriate quote? Look elsewhere.

I had Wellbrook out to replace a failed/waterlogged pressure tank on my home's well & water pressure system. While it did take a couple of days for them to return my initial call, once we connected everything went very smoothly.Wellbrook's customer service over the phone was excellent. The person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and explained everything involved with the process of getting service very well. They were also able to send someone out within about an hour of our initial phone conversation.Our serviceman's name was Isaac, and he was great. He was very polite & professional, and completed the job quickly. The entire job from start to finish only took a few hours, even though he had to make a quick trip to get a part needed to complete the repair.Fast, friendly, and skilled work - you can't ask for more. I will definitely reach out to Wellbrook for any future plumbing repairs or service should the need arise.If you find yourself in need of plumbing assistance, don't hesitate to give Wellbrook a call - I think you'll be very happy with their services.

Today I emailed Wellbrook Plumbing Inc with an issue of drains clogged....about 8 am....by 12:30 pm my issue was resolved by their associate Isaac. He was courteous , professional and explained exactly what he thought the problem was, went to task and about 30 mins later was done. He cleaned up , was very aware of his surroundings and made the whole experience very easy. Definitely will be calling in the future should a need arise. Thank you.

Wellbrook is professional and responsive. I contacted several plumbing companies and Wellbrook had replied, booked an appointment, quoted, and repaired the issues before any other company even returned my email.The service was on the pricey side, but our plumber Isaac was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Those things offset the cost of the service considerably.I found it challenging to trust someone with my home, especially when the price is so high and so many companies in the trades are lacking on service/communication/professionalism side of thing. Wellbrook made this a fairly easy decision moving forward.

They provided the service in less than 3 days after my first call. They were kind enough to accommodate the time of the appointment to my needs and the issue was fixed on the first appointment. The service was clean, the issue was explained properly and everything was done in less than 30min. I highly recommend
