Good selection, clean, accessible… but I waited in front of 4 staff who were too busy chatting to answer a question for me. I waited so long I gave up. As did the man in front of me.

Good place. Great staff. All self checkouts. No change rooms but they do have a 14 day return policy. 30 percent off on Tuesday for seniors.

Go to Salvation Army or Goodwill where they don’t charge HST and are priced better for a charity shop. Value Village is expensive for a second hand shop acting like it’s better than it is. Staff is nice.

Prices are getting rediculous and no change rooms. They are forgetting the stuff is not new. Winners is looking better and better all the time and you can return things!

I witnessed a staff member violently reach into a customers cart and grab some of the items the customer had just scanned out of their hands, and tell the customer that they are not the price as they were priced,$2.99, as they apparently were - at that point - $7.99 per item. The employee then stormed away with the items to the back of the store, and when they returned? They arrogantly said they are $9.99 PER ITEM.... I do not get this particular Value Village...why are the employees allowed to physically attack the customers... I even saw the scratches that were left on the customers hands after the incident!I WILL NEVER DONATE OR SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN, AND WILL TELL ANYONE THAT ASKS TO DO THE SAME SO LONG AS THOSE PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED.

No real cashiers anymore?? Suppose to be fast a convenient for customers is a crock. Line up 15 ppl ahead of me and 4 self check out. Employees have to go to each one and help each customer too which takes even longer if there was just a normal cashier. Ppl just walking out of store with clothes in their hands cus they don't want to stand in this huge line. How is this better for your store? More thefts and irritated ppl. Just for an item that might be 2.00 cheaper than brand new. I'm done with these stores.

Came here to buy some cheap used books but this store is more than that. Very beautifully designed from inside. Creative and thought provoking quotes on the wall will catch the eyes.Did you know it takes 1800 gallons of water to make one pair of jeans. Suprised. Right?Do recycle your clothes. When you donate your clothes here you get 20% discount. Store is huge. You can get anything from a piano to books. Huge parking lot. Clothes donation centre is here as well which has a 5 min parking of it's own.Happy shopping. Thanks
