I met Wayne when my son played for a select team back East a few years ago and my son was transferring to a Prep School. After the tournament Wayne sent a very thoughtful assessment of my son’s game, not the typical “blow smoke” response. Fast forward, with nothing to gain personally, Wayne helped my son find a spot in the BCHL. Life is about “character” and Wayne is at the top of the food chain. His hockey knowledge as a Scout and a hockey Dad to a top tier player, helps him truly understand what players and parents are going through. There are ups and downs in the journey and I have extreme confidence in Wayne’s ability to help families navigate the challenges.
