Caliber Works Watch Repair
I stopped in to have my grandfathers old watch resized and to replace the battery. I’m getting married next month and wanted to wear it to honor him. The shop owner was extremely professional and the service was outstanding. I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. In addition, the kind shop owner gifted my daughter a free kids watch. Couldn’t say enough kind words about this place. Always feels great supporting small local businesses.

I had a wondeful experience with Caliber Works Watch Repair. I needed a couple batteries replaced in two watches, came by the shop, and they were able to get it done within less than ten minutes. Really friendly service.

Caliber Works Watch Repair
I had an array watches that had some nicks which I took in and Tyson was happy to service them when others were not. I was primarily there for my Patek though.I took my 1960s gen Patek that (big-named jeweler) couldn't (wouldn't?) figure out what was wrong with it and just wanted to send it over to Switzerland for $600. As a last resort

Caliber Works Watch Repair
I took my old watch with a beat up band and scratched face to Caliber Works to get restored. They helped me pick a new band that was comfortable for me and replaced the crystal face. Great customer service and high quality work at a fair price. It's so great to be able to wear my old watch again! Definitely recommending this place to friends if they ever need their watch worked on!

Tyson is always so fun and helpful! I also gave her some ideas for a custom watch that I wanted, and she made it happen! It was a really fun process and I’m thrilled with the outcome. This is the only watch shop I go to in the metro.

Caliber Works is the only place I will take my watch in for service. Tyson is amazing! Her compassion and quality of work is second to none! I brought in my 21 year old Rolex for a bezel insert and crystal replacement. Also decided to get the case and bracelet polished. When I picked up my watch I was in awe of how beautiful it turned out. The watch literally looks new!! A+ & 5 Stars

I'm very glad to have found this little local shop. I had them remove links from one watch and replace batteries in two other watches. The work only took about 5 minutes and my daughter loved looking at all the timepieces on display. The person assisting me with the service overheard my 3 year old daughter liked dinosaurs and gave her a free dinosaur watch, her first. This pretty much earned my business for life.

Caliber Works Watch Repair
I brought in two older Citizen watches for new capacitors and cleaning. Tyson was able to find the parts (which are seemingly unavailable everywhere else) do a complex replacement process on one of the watches and clean/set both watches back to a showroom condition. Great work, timely repairs and at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Caliber Works Watch Repair
I brought two pocket watches in. They had a combined age of almost 300 years. Tyson worked tirelessly on both. She kept them for over a year in her intensive care ward. One is fully back on line and I carry it every day. The other, despite her outstanding efforts, never did recover and is now a display piece. She did wonderful work but the second watch was just beyond hope. The next time I'm in Minneapolis, I'll bring in another for her to examine. Great work, Tyson!
