AMAZING customer service and knowledge!!I dropped in without an appointment and Shayne dropped whatever he was doing to help us. He was very patient in explaining the finer technical details and even took us around the shop to show us real-life examples - all the while expertly answering whatever questions I had.The showroom itself has a wide selection of contemporary to classic doors and everything in between to make things work for you. Pricing is very reasonable to boot!10/10 would recommend any day, any time!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered doors from BC Doors for our renovation, both interior and exterior. The frame came with a huge cracking and someone tried to cover it up by glue and paint. They are now blaming it was caused by installer. Please see attached photo and you will see it's manufacture defect and they just sent out the broken door.They also make the doors opening the wrong side regarding to some hand written notes instead of Site Plan approved by the City. They also sent some professional guy to measure all the door openings while we were ordering. Somehow none of the doors can fit. We ended up to reframe our wood framing and had to remove part of our concrete floor in order to get the doors installed. These caused that our door frames are about same level to our floor. We won't be able to install our hardwood floor and tiles.Not recommended unless you expected to spend extra money for factory defects.

My husband and I purchased a carved front entrance pre hung door over the phone because we live in Eastern Ontario. Shayne and his team had the unit built to our dimensions and had it shipped directly to our home without any glitches. When it arrived we were so pleased with it that we could not help ourselves from staring at the door! It is beautiful Thank you team B.C.Door
