Rocky Point Dental

I used to love going to this dentist, they were always nice and friendly. They then started to tell me I needed this done and that done, I’m needle phobic and one of the procedures required a needle, so I was very very anxious about the procedure and had taken some pills to help with the anxiety (ones they prescribed). Unfortunately the medicine did not work and I did not get the procedure done, which one of the employees was quiete rude to me about. I then went to a different dentist where they told me my teeth were perfectly fine and there was no need for that procedure. They just want your money. Along with all of that, when I moved to a different dentist, we had asked for my dental records which they refused to give to me on numerous occasions (still haven’t got them). I’ve been at my new dentist for quiete some time now and have no regrets about leaving Rocky Point Dental. The same thing has also happened to some of my family members, about needing procedures done when they aren’t needed. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Every part of the experience with the hygienists, the dentist, the front assistance was terrific! Very friendly, patient and caring. I'm happy to have my daughter and I stay with them for long term. Thank you so much, Kim

There’s nothing really about about them, just a lot of very irritating things long term. From the front desk staff that somehow cannot figure out benefits information and says you never gave it to them which is weird cuz they asked about it when I made the phone call and took down my information, and they were also written in the patient intake form they make you fill out when you arrive. But no, never had it and only billed one out of the two. Also nobody in that office called me by the right name, just called me by my last name even after multiples nice corrections. But the biggest thing of all, is the annoying way they try to update to Invisalign every. single.visit no matter what . They did that to me and my partner. I have to get some work done, but you I haven’t gone back there and never will.

I had a horrible experience with previous Dentist who ended up canceling on me 2 days before I needed to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled! A co worker recommended me to Rocky Point Dental and they gave me a quote, emailed my X-ray to the dentist (who was out of office and still looked at my X-ray same day) and scheduled me in the next day!! All this within less than 8 hours!!! Excellent staff!! Big shout out to Lacey who was super nice and got back to me right away!! Friendly atmosphere and everyone was super nice!!! Much better experience than the other place!!! Thank you for everything and getting me in to get this done!!!

I visited this dental office for the first time on Monday. First impression was very welcoming from the staff to the atmosphere of the place.I knew I was going to be there for a while (past the designed parking time out front), so the receptionist gave me a few options to park for longer periods of time. That was very helpful.It was some time between cleanings and I was a bit nervous, but the hygienist(Tamara) did such a great job. Gave me the knowledge to improve going forward. The dentist (Dr Eslami) himself said I had some cavities, but didn't just to let's get them filled". Suggested we just watch them. I really like that they don't put unnecessary pressure for work done.Overall

The office is totally clean and spacious. The staff are super helpful and polite. The man doing my scaling was super personable and I felt really comfortable with everyone. The woman doing my cleaning was a wonderful person! Dr. Eslami was very kind and proactive about my treatment, I even had an opportunity to see Dr. Mash who validated my concerns about my teeth.I’m glad I listened to my Husband...shh don’t tell him!

DO NOT GO HERE. You have been warned. Every single visit I had here was traumatic, I don't know how I lasted. I only stayed here a year and a half but omg did they have me in there for EVERYTHING. They had me in for so many appointments and procedures it was out of control. They told me I had great teeth and excellent dental hygiene but oh I needed 7 fillings. 7!!! And that was just first appointment. They're simply money grubbing (these fillings were extremely sensitive for months after btw, and when I told them this they didn't believe me). Every single time I was there something bad happened. From not freezing me properly, to leaving metal chips and rubber in my mouth from a mold tray (when they could've just done the 3D scan), to the hygenist being sick at work while she was cleaning my teeth DURING the pandemic (she had to leave part way through my cleaning because she was so sick! WHY WAS SHE AT WORK?!?). The dentist even scolded the assistant in front of me while I was in the chair because he blamed her for not curing the filling properly. It was mortifying. Then on top of that he had to re-drill the filling out and do it all over again. They screwed up billing all the time. I had to go in 3 times to get my mouth guard replaced because it kept breaking. The final straw was when I had a gum graft procedure done. It was awful. He hit an artery or something so I was choking on my own blood. He had to stitch the roof of my mouth so much that the stitches never dissolved and grew a thick white layer over them. Finally 3 weeks later they removed the stitches but he just pulled them out. It was extremely painful to the point I had to squeeze the assistant's hand and tears were streaming down my face. My gum line is still numb, the roof of my mouth is sensitive to hard food, and the procedure was so expensive that it used up all of my benefits for cleaning appointments too, which they didn't tell me about, so when I went in for my next cleaning I had to pay. I've never had bad experiences at a dental office ever until this place. There is still a lot that I haven't written in this review, the horrible quality of this office is endless.

First off I must say that dental work is probably my least favorite thing to go through. But, I highly recommend Rocky Point Dental. I've been going there for several years now and my wife has been too. The front desk personnel are so pleasant and helpful. Danielle was really nice to deal with and she answered my many questions like a friend. Lisa performed my cleaning and she was so gentle and I'd choose her for my next visit. She was really sweet and made me feel really comfortable and I had no soreness whatsoever after my cleaning. Rocky Point Dental ROCKS". Try them out. You'll be happy you did. 6 stars!Chuck"

I have been going to Rocky Point Dental for many many years now and have always had the best experience! Great place for families as there is a family room, great for all ages as the lounge is very comfortable! I always look forward to come to get my teeth cleaned and love my pearly whites when I walk out the door! Great service, great people and friendly environment.
