Useless company, they have no clue what they are doing. Simple cross border delivery, and they bomb it. Ended up handing off the item to a 3rd party. A simple week long delivery extended to almost a month long. Incompetent. group for shipping

Horrible customer service and process. Received a quote from them and I agreed to proceed, then they said I would get a $75 surcharge for tailgate delivery when I put it on my original quote request. I agreed to it and then I asked them to call the customer before delivery and they said that will be a $60 surcharge. I explained I was displeased but I would pay the charge but may not use them in the future and then hours later they refused to pick up my cargo. I had it ready to ship then they told me they would no longer pickup and now I had to find another company and my customer had to wait an additional day. I may not be a direct customer, but my suppliers send their trucks to my dealership on a regular basis. I used Comox and they picked up and delivered on time.

I googled them to find thier phone number because thier website doesnt show it, atleast not anywhwere visable. I needed to call because they do not show an option for requirement of power tailgate upon deliver when creating a waybill. But the phone number doesnt even work!This is a very common thing to note on a waybill, why in the world would it not be listed as an option? The entire waybill creation menu is over-complicated and not user friendl. Unfortunately i dont have any option not to use your service since one of my orders at work requires you specifically instead of ACE or Bandstra (who actually are easy to work with)

When managers don’t do Management , then things can be horrible .And the best example is TST

Should be zero stars. Communication and service non existent. Goods made it all the way to Canada through the US and got mangled between lower mainland and Kelowna. After 2 weeks of emails and calls someone told me to make the claim online. Still waiting on any response. Tried to call and got the runaround again as every phone number has a recorded message directing to another phone number. Avoid this company if you can

Excellent company to deal with. In particular Craig Wilson (driver) is a fantastic person and cares very much about the customer. He went way out of his way to help and it was very much appreciated. Craig Wilson should be commended for how he deals with the customers and his level of dedication and caring. Great guy! Thanks Craig.

No delay for trucker

The most horrible experience with this company ever. Impossible to contact anyone in dispatch at Burnaby office, they simply will not answer the phone. Main TST 888 # Western Canada customer service agent could not contact that Burnaby dispatch either. The first two drivers allegedly tried to deliver shipment but retuned back to Burnaby depot because could not find location" A simple phone call would have helped guide them. The third driver Googled our phone # himself because dispatch never provided it despite me calling customer service four times to provide that info to driver. The delivery was finally made at 7:25 PM PST

Good company, which pays workers reasonably.
