Budget Optical (Markham)

These guys are not professional. They don’t really know about sunglasses. I bought two pairs with their assistance through their online portal and they promised both are gonna fit and said if they doesn’t fit we will take care of it but now they are saying they can’t take returns. Also their location and shop timing is super weird. I can’t go everyday for argue.

I visited budget optical for consecutive two years now. And I highly recommend this place. Customer service at it best. And I will give an extra star for Ravi. He is best they got. He will guide you to choose right frame, right lens and glasses.

Staff there is so great. Helps everyone really so well. Associates has complete knowledge about their products.

Sabrina Alyssa at this location assisted me in picking out the perfect glasses, she and the staff there were incredibly patient and knowledgeable , not to mention that their prices were very competitive . Also liked that they were able to utilize my health plan.

Don’t trust these guys and put your eyes at risk. They made me prescription glasses which gave me blurry double vision. No change in prescription, it’s just making a new pair of glasses that replaces my old one. They screwed it up big time. My eyes would itch and burn every time I see illuminated objects - Traffic light, head lights, computers, phones ...They said they will send it to the labs to fix it. Took my old pair as a reference and It’s been two months now and have not gotten me back new lenses. Still fighting with them.I have been wearing eyeglasses for about 25 years and never faced such issues. Even the smallest shops never messed up like this.Good sales guys...should be selling something else rather than playing around with people vision. Especially if you buy glasses for kids from here you never know if their vision is fixed or their eyes are getting more damaged. Kids cannot explain what their eyes are going through. It’s time that the regulators investigate and act on these guys and the labs from where they make the glasses.

Doctor does a thorough eye examination. Also excellent customer service, tries to accommodate and give the best solution for the requirement (retro fit my lenses from old spec into another frame).. keep up the good work !!
