Prayosha Threading & Wax Bar

I have come here couple times for eyebrow threading. The service is quick (in and out). Usually they charge $10 before tax and tips before. But this time they charged me based on my gender and didn’t give me a notice until I asked. So just be aware their price is gender based.

I've been in this place a few times, giving it another shot (only for simple things, like eyebrows waxing). Unfortunately, nothing changed. Customer service is non-existent; they hardly said hello. Last time, I came out with a disappointing eyebrows shape. I also used other services in the past but never went back for legs, bikini, underarms. The wax appears to be of poor quality. If you value service, your skin, and the end result, do not come go there! :(

I don’t trust anyone with my eyebrows easily but a friend recommended this and they did exactly what i asked for and very fast. Very friendly people and a clean place! Their prices are very good compared to other places. 100% recommended for eyebrows threading.

I had the worst experience today !This lady. I told her that do not do it to hard and harsh. She said that’s her speed and she couldn’t help it . I said that it hurt me and that statement was ignored. They do not apologise . It was terrible. I wish I did not go there . For threading I have cuts on my eyebrow ends. She’s like because I was moving whereas I had warned her that my skin was extremely sensitive. I would not recommend. Sorry.

Terrible experience, rude staff!They were in rush to close as they were willing to close 10 min earlier than the actual closing time.All I wanted was a regular eyebrow threading which is max a 4 min job. I have been a regular customer for 3 years and always happy with their service.The personnel were exceptionally unprofessional and rude and the lady trimming my eyebrow shaved off half of my right brow! I was hoping at least she was admitting and acknowledging the mistake and blaming it for the rush and exhaustion, rather than indicating that I am a liar!Never going to recommend this place to anyone again and I will do myself a favour and never return to this place! Such a shame!

I have been going to Prayosha’s on Church for the past 5 years now. The staff are always professional, very kind, friendly & welcoming, the salon is always clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done, i always leave Prayosha’a very satisfied. Julie is extremely nice, patient and professional she listens to the exact preference for the service that you require & always provides it efficiently & always in a timely manner. I love this salon!! I always leave looking/feeling great.

This is to highly recommend and appreciate Manali’s accuracy, expertise and just the beautiful and quick service she caters effortlessly! I specifically ask for her every time, as nobody gets my eyebrows the way she does!Such places do well and gain customer loyalty because of the people in there doing an amazing job!Kudos to Manali, and prayosha for finding her. Grateful to have found this soul and this threading/ waxing salon!
