Called to make inquiry and instead of giving a polite response was told No - no - no" and hung up on without being listened to and getting talked over by the guy. Bad attitude."

SCAM ALERT!!! Went in and had a terrible experience! Placed and order and the guy working just had a really cocky attitude and I felt like they were annoyed by my presence, then attempted to short change me on a cash purchase. When I asked for change I got a dirty look and big breath! I’m not sure what this guys problem was and I wish I had the name! I’ll never step foot in the store again and I think they don’t deserve any business at all! Lordco on main is good however and I’ll continue to shop at lordco in north van on main!!

I ask the girl in the front desk twice for bulbs she won’t help at all . Very bad customer service. She was just showing me the bulbs & she’s not welcomed in. Never come back again.

Bought a fan motor relay from this store and the the sales person told me that they do not replace or do refund. And lucky me the relay they sold me only worked for 3 days and died. It was a BMW relay so it’s not cheap. I called to see if there is warranty and I got rejected. Stay away. I got robbed

steer clear... 3 employees when I went, only one wearing a mask, did not put one on when they came from behind the counter to answer a question. on top of which just told me I'd have to read the bottle" if I wanted to know what was in the products they didn't know or wouldn't look up to see if it work for my car... recommended a non-compatible coolant to boot."

Called at 330 pm. They said they had the budget toyota matrix brake pads for $37. Got there just before closing they couldn't locate the part they said they had in stock very disappointing first time experience with this auto parts store. Time for inventory count hey bumper to bumper?

Our shop (VAC) bought a Wilson brand alternator from this Bumper to Bumper location on 2021-02-10. Our customer returned for warranty on 2021-08-03 and we verified the alternator was faulty, and that all other starting/charging system components were okay. We ordered another Wilson brand alternator from the same location and sent the faulty one back to them as warranty. It was refused for warranty as not a Wilson part". We have all the invoices both from our transaction with Bumper to Bumper and our customer stating on the invoice it was a "Wilson" part we installed in their vehicle as proof. However they flat out refused to honour the warranty or make any attempt to resolve the issue with us and even accused us of swapping out the part. This rude accusation doesn't even make sense as we paid for the part and did not return it for credit! Why would we buy a part for a specific and uncommon car and not use it in said car?We suspect if the part was truly swapped out it happened before we received the part such as a part return error
