Terrible service, little knowledge of foreign tax returns and crooked owner. Will gladly take your money and then hang up on you when the IRS or CRA finds a mistake in the return. Absolutely do not trust this man.They also report all negative reviews to get google to remove them.EDIT: Mr.Bardosh called to berate me over this review, but my review still stands. If you do not want a negative review do not hang up on your clients and refuse to correct any mistakes. I had to go back and file additional US tax returns because they didn't know what they were doing the first time. Seriously consider another preparer for your taxes and save yourself the headache.

They do a decent job and can handle US taxes. Financial people are good and friendly and patient. Their customer service improved gradually over years, but yes, there still IS an individual who is extremely rude (another was very nice). They can be loose in schedule. My appointment was cancelled because someone in charge went out of town for a vacation, abandoning my appointment; I got a notice merely two hours before - I have made a schedule of the day way before! Could have notified much earlier.

I have been doing my Canadian and US taxes with Mr Bardosh for the last 6 years. I have never seen anything negative from their part. They are super respectful, punctual and they go above and beyond to do satisfy their customers. God bless you MR Bardosh.

Horrible Service: Very disorganized, rude and they do not fullfil their promises. They told me they will file my taxes in 7 days, and now it is 10 days and nothing has been filed. When I call the customer service, they treated me in a rude and dismissive manner. Not to mention, given all this low quality service, their services are very expensive. I will never come back again. Never! I want a refund too.
