Fox Harley-Davidson

Today was a warmer day which called for the last long ride of the season. Figured I would ride to a few more Ontario Harley dealerships to complete my goal of visiting all within the province.Unfortunately, I made a U-turn in a parking lot closeby on my way to Fox, and my bike fell after riding over gravel and sand. Didn't see it and should have payed closer attention to where I was instead of finding a gap in traffic.Long story short, bike was in good shape excluding the scratched derby cover and a bent shifter arm. I live 3 hours away and with the wind gusts reaching 80kph, I asked if they could bend the shifting arm to get me home. It was pretty mangled.The whole team was very empathetic to my situation and without hesitation a technician by the name of Harley (cool name), saw to it. He took off the shifter and fixed it in a vice perfectly and on the spot. Harley even asked that I try shifting into 1st to ensure it was where I wanted it. I asked how much the bill would be for his time- and to that he replied, No charge

In all Ontario Steve Fox and staff are by far the most honest and the best dealership to deal with. They treat you like family and whether you are visiting or buying they always make you feel welcome.

Fox Harley-Davidson is where I maintain, service, upgrades and store my HD. I always look for new apparel with their big selection of clothes. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Every summer, we meet new ppl at the bomb the bruice motorcycle ride.

Dealt with Clara, looking for boots and jeans. She was super helpful through the entire process. Any time she didn't know something she wasn't afraid to ask someone who did. Was refreshing to know I wasn't getting a guess. Very pleased, came out of it with a pair of boots that fit well, we tried allot of different things to find these. Didn't get jeans but she gave me the part numbers of some to look at on the site to get ordered. Great experience, friendly, helpful, A+

Team was top notch no pressure on sale and worked with me on trade in of a metric bike towards new street guide whole team makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in they even off loaded my other bike from trailer didn't have to lift finger Steve was easy to work with explained financing plans and options . This is the first dealership where I have purchased more than one motorcycle. Steve and Bill in sales are amazing to deal with. Dan the shop foreman is always available in order to make sure your ride is good to go. Tasha takes the time you need to explain in detail the service that was performed. Clara and Brodie are masters of the parts and apparel world. Last but not least, Cathie is a joy to interact with.Cannot recommend this dealership enough. Even if you show up on a non H-D, they are always happy to chat with you.
