The building is well maintained and clean. There are no issues of pests or anything. Staff is supprtive and if there is any issue it is solved on time. Great location.

Worst rental ever apartment packed full of cockroaches. Head offices refuses to do something to permanently remove the enormous infestation.This company is not c-operative regarding complaints. They don’t care that i and many many tenants have dozens of cockroaches. As per other tenant discussions.

See, I’m soon to hopefully move here but I’ve known the neighbor hood for almost 11 years and may I say that it is truly great, everyone is very friendly and everything is very close by as well in fact I wouldn’t even have to use a care since there wouldn’t be a point of it. This building is close to st.martins and The wood lands high schools plus St.david of whales, my home school. I love living here, truly I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else
