I cannot recommend these guys enough! I just moved to the Island from Winnipeg and needed to get my car inspected so I can insure it in BC.This family owned business was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me exactly what they were doing to the car and did it very time efficiently.10/10 would recommend and we'll definitely be back for anything else we may need done to our car!

Currently have my car in this shop right now and was wondering what was taking so long so, I call and the reason why it’s been taking so long is because they have been looking for ways to make the repairs cheaper for me, and making sure that what is broken, is really broken. Amazing. After letting me know that the repairs will be 2000$ at least, the man, Wade I think, was super honest and upfront with me, suggesting I look at buying other cars before committing to this fix because that may be cheaper. Unfortunately car market is horrible right now so I will be fixing the car but, point is, these guys really do care about their customers and not just about making a couple bucks. They explained everything they will be doing and what I am exactly paying for, what else might pop up that I may have to pay for and so on. I really felt like they care. I could not recommend Tri City enough. This is my first experience here but I will 100% be back again for anything auto related.

I’ve been coming to this family-run business for over 15 years with several different vehicles we have owned. They are honest, incredibly fair and take the time to explain the work they have done while always finding ways to save us money.We’ve brought our vehicles in for pre-inspections before purchasing and have saved us from buying a lemon.The most recent visit today, I popped in because the locks on both back doors weren’t working. Even though they were smoking busy, Josh stopped what he was doing and fixed them both within 5 minutes for me.They have a great fleet of courtesy cars and will get you in for an appointment quickly.We recommend them to friends and family, all who have been pleased with the work.

This family owned business in Sooke is a gem. I'm recommending them to anyone I know in the area, all the way to Victoria. Wade really helped us out in a pinch and we were able to carry on our vacation with peace of mind. Thanks to everyone at Tri City Auto!

Tri City Automotive has once again come through with amazing service.I had an issue with starting my high mileage Ford ranger . Initially I was told shop is booked up till next week, but I can bring it in and they would get to the problem as soon as possible. Upon arrival, I explained the detailed problem , Wade, who worked on my vehicle before, took time from another job,And diagnosed the problem immediately.He did mention they were very busy , but would get to the repair as soon as possibleBusses and taxi service are very sparse, they do have courtesy cars, but not that day.The owner actually was so kind and drove me home. What great customer service.This was Monday morning, I was hoping to get the truck back by Friday.I get a call, surprisingly Wednesday morning saying the truck is fixed.I will continue to take my vehicle to Tri City Automotive. Great customer service , fair prices, mechanics with a wealth of knowledge and experience.Thank you againJeff Ilutowicz

Broke down in Sooke. Noticed this auto shop and didn’t have a choice as to what garage my truck was going to make it to. This was the best place to have a break down. The Team at Tri City Automotive are awesome! Straight up analysis of my vehicle. Told me the exact cost. And delivered over the top courtesy towards us and my vehicle. Free courtesy car! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road! and thanks Josh for working on your birthday, which also happened to be my girlfriend’s birthday. What are the chances?! Great family-owned shop, highly recommend!
