Aaron went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. He was always available to answer any questions (big or small) no matter if it was 9pm, weekend or holiday. He listened to what we wanted, got us into properties quickly and provided great insight into the properties pros and cons, gauging interest levels and what the market was doing. We never felt pressured into making a decision or rushed at all in the process. He was very patient, always prompt, very flexible when our schedule changed and communication was great. Aaron was exceptional in every aspect of the purchase of our home. He helped look for options that was within our realm of expectations of our home. Noticed issues in homes that we didn’t catch that would have caused future problems for us. Upon helping us find the perfect home for us, he was efficient with communication and went the extra mile with recommending a great inspector and lawyer and took the liberty to get those set up for us so it was one less thing for us to stress about. Aaron is awesome to work with!He is super positive and was fabulous with communicating with us from day one and right up until possession date of our purchase and even after our possession date.
