Have had body work done including a complete paint job. They do excellent work, friendly knowledgeable treat you like family.

Brought my 1969 Corvette there to repair a crack in the fiberglass under the front headlight opening. This car had a perfect paint job years ago and I was worried about colour match and the quality of the fiberglass repair. This place was recommended by a new car dealer, and after reading the reviews I took it here. Glad I did. The work was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Perfect colour match and clean repair, no dirt in the paint, just great workmanship. Exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

These guys are truly amazing at what they do. Mike and Ron are the friendliest and most professional people ever and really care for anybody who walks in. I had so many problems with another body shop in Ottawa (Mercedes dealership) and a small town auto body centre like this one topped their work by 1000%!I'm not just saying this... These guys found problems I wasn't even aware of, like a vibration in one of the tires, and got them balanced. Now I know why the car wasn't driving smoothly before! On top of that, they cleaned my car to bring it back to brand new condition.If you have auto body issues with your car, wherever you are, make sure to take the trip down here. I wish I knew this place before, because they would've saved a me a lot of time if I did.

Very reasonably priced.I got a quote for my 2005 Chevy Silverado.I was given a much higher price in Toronto for the same part's.I am coming back to get work on my truck as soon as the insurance company agrees to pay.

We had a customer pick up a car in a bit of a hurry and when they arrived home they noticed a couple of issues. They took it to Watts Sutherland and Mike was awesome to deal with. Didn't take advantage of the situation and try and gouge us for Unnecessary time. Gave us a fair price to fix what needed to be done and even looked after a couple of other small things for us as well. Thanks Mike! I truly appreciate small business respecting each other and being honest... hard enough to come by both of those things these days.

Very friendly customer service. Found they had amazing communication. And did their best to make sure my daughter was well taken care of after her accident. And they even have rental cars. Your wont be disapointed

Incredible place! On my way camping with my wife and 2 young daughters, one of our back windows refused to go back up. Rain was coming and we were sure to get wet. We pulled over and asked for some help with our problem.We could not have been luckier. The service was incredible. Not only skilled and knowledgeable but pleasant and kind. The problem was diagnosed and a solution found within minutes.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ron and his team are excellent. We had some Covid delays but the end result was well worth my separation anxiety!

Mike and his team are amazing and I couldn't be happier with the experience or the results. I have a Porsche 911 turbo cab that's 16 years old....but not anymore!! Today it looks brand new after Watts Sutherland were finished with it and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service and amazing work.
