Amazing customer service. It's rare that you get good sales men coming around offering solid services and a price you can't beat! Highly recommend for mom and pop shops too. Super easy to work with and lots of options. I was sold on the mats alone but Ryan then told me they do microfiber cloths and mop heads! We take home and wash everything ourselves so this helped us so much! Thanks guys!

We have been a customer of Swan Dust Control for 25 years. Due to their lack of commitment to their customers, we were forced to cancel their service. I had to call their office 4 times over the course of 2 months and still no one came to change our mats but continued to take payment on my credit card. I finally purchased some high quality utility mats from Uline. I was disappointed in the response from the sales manager, Chuck. He never returned my call so I had to call him again. There was no apology for making us keep soiled mats in our busy Chiropractic clinic for almost 3 months. To his credit he did reverse payment for the duration.

We have been using their service since 6 months. We never had any problem with them and they provide good value for service. Carpets are always clean and fresh. The guy who delivers them is very friendly and professional.
