Viccie saves the day. We had previously used Viccie for a trip but decided to use Expedia for this trip to Germany. We thought it would save us some money. Our trip was cancelled on the day we were to leave and re-booked for the next day. Arriving at the airport there was no record of the new flight and we again tried to re-book with very little co-operation from the airline or Expedia. We decided to call Viccie from the airport, told her our situation. Within an hour she had us flights to Germany for the next day and a hotel for the night.The service that Viccie provides is invaluable and in these days of uncertain travel, having someone on your side is a vital.Saving a few dollars by doing it yourself is nice but when things go sideways having that person help sort everything and be a calming-voice is worth everything.Thanks Viccie for all your help that day !
