On friday Aug 7 2020, Martin was sent to do a small installation of a plug for our tankless hot water, he was first class, polite, on time and left the work site clean, and kept his cool when the breaker cover was giving him a tough time.Well Done!!

Amped electrical was used by our builder (Gablecraft) in Royal Bay. I really can’t say more about the quality of the service we have received, specifically from Genelle. She’s has been on top of any issue we have had. So fast to respond, and on top of everything. Last week we arranged to have the electrical run for a heat pump installation. She took care of it all, and cost was reasonable. A+. Thank you very much for your great service.

For the island. Specially Southside island they are the best electrical employers in the multi family /res (non union) they have the same PM problems as everyone and communication tends to fall on deaf ears but for the island they are not bad at all

Install team we're excellent, but 6 years on we're discovering issues with failing equipment.89 LED bulbs burnt out over 4 years6 GFI's failed2 transformers in electrical panel2 relays in security system1 fried TVPossible grounding issues?not sure if these are installation problems or AMPED just installed junk hardware, and some are coincidental because over the last 4 years my requests for after installation support have gone mostly ignored. Only once did they call back with a promise to follow up, and once someone came out but never did anything and just went back to never returning my many many calls for support.

When Amped Electrical came to install our electric car charger, the technician damaged the fibre optic cable and knocked our internet (home business) out for over 24 hours. Mistakes happen, but the response from management was sort of like oh well" and no ownership taken. Lucky Telus took care of us efficiently and cost-effectively. We then received our bill from Amped: the company that we had sourced the electric vehicle charger from gave us the price
