Went to Audiosense for a Tinnitus consultation. I actually attended this clinic for its great reviews ( I went out of my way to go at that location) and I was not disappointed. I got a very thorough assessment including hearing tests that went beyond the usual basic test. Staff was amazing taking the time to listen to my concerns and proposing a number of tips. A very professional and competent clinic that I highly recommend!

Bought a pair of custom earplugs from the clinic, and they have been amazing to use. They fit perfectly and don't hurt my ears, highly recommend them to anyone who are looking.

I love going to concerts & festivals, and the custom concert earplugs I got from AudioSense worked amazingly well without damaging the sound quality of the music. I wore mine to Coachella just last month, and they fit so comfortably in my ears. I am really glad I got them to protect my hearing! I also wear them to spinning classes as some studios tend to blast music very loudly.The process of getting the custom earplugs was very seamless & easy, with such kind staff members. One of them was very patient with me and made great suggestions while I was having a hard time choosing which color and type of earplugs I wanted. I highly recommend AudioSense if you are considering getting custom earplugs!

Great customer service. Salima was very professional. She explained everything very well and made me feel at ease at all times while cleaning my ears. They were also able to see me on the same day I contacted them and were very good at communicating with me via email. 100% recommend them.

Audiosense helped me make one of the most important decisions of my life. I have SSD and I needed support to get hearing aids for my good ear and the cross for the other ear when I recently found out about them. I am almost 40 yo and I have been through several professionals in the area, good and terrible... I confidently recommend this team of audiologists. Chantal made me feel seen and supported according to my needs. The team is prepared to treat people with hard of hearing and welcoming. They explained the process with clarity step by step and answered my questions patiently. I've got the aids that I needed with them and I appreciate them very much!

The google reviews are absolutely correct. Had excessive wax in my left ear and I tried a over the counter kit, ended up blocking it a bit more. So, I googled ear wax removal and this was the top choice. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to book me in on the same day. Chantel my audiologist was lovely and guided me on the process and addressed my queries along the way.Long story short, the wax has been removed and I can finally hear! 5 stars all the way
